Bear Cubs Playground is a perfect two bedroom with 3/4 bath and 1.5 bath ( no tubs) for your family vacation. This single level home is a 4 minute drive to Snow Summit and walking distance to the Village shops, resturants and lake area. The kitchen has a microwave and nice dining table plus stack laundry avaliable for your use. The Great Room concept home features a wood burning fireplace, a TV/DVD/VCR, game table and queen sofa sleeper. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, half-bath plus a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin trundle and a TV. There is a huge front deck with some furnishings and a BBQ. You can get some peace and quiet while relaxing in the outdoor spa on the back deck or have a relaxing swing in an authentic chairlift chair. Don't forget the back yard has a kid’s play set and plenty of room to run and lots of snow play right on the property! The home has wireless internet with no password required. No pets allowed.

Labor Day Weekend 2009 |

Big Bear Vacations was undoubtedly one of the most proffessional and organized property managment/rental agencies I have dealt with. The whole process was very smooth and I would gladly rent one of their properties again.
The Home we rented was great and had a good number of the details you would need when being away from home. The Jacuzzi was very clean and worked well, the couches were so comfortable. the home is very cute and has bears all over the place.
Here are the negatives
1. The fan in the 2nd bedroom is so loud you won't be able to sleep.
2. the kitchen light if left on for "too" long will just shut off and not come on for hours on end.
3. the oven once turned on will be the most dificult thing to turn off.
4. our shower head broke off (the prop managment company sent someone out and replaced it immediately - on a sunday).
Other than all that - the place is still 4 stars. |

| The house was cozy, perfect deck, relaxing, location was awesome, however, the listing stated sleeps 8, and the house accomadated only 6 maybe 7. Our kids had to sleep on the floor because of the adults we had. I just think the listing needs to be honest so that it is not surprising to the guest. |

| My kids and I realy enjoyed our stay at Big Bear. The cabin we picked on line was great and when we arrived we were happy with the results. It was very clean everything was close by we loved the shower and the hot tub outdoors.The cabin was cozy and relaxing the bed's were very confy.My kids realy enjoyed the hocky table. Thank you for a wonderful stay.We are planning on coming back next year and would love to stay in this cabin again.All you need to pack is your clothes everything else is provided.Dont forget your laundry soap. |

It was a great experience for our whole family to spend time in this beautiful place!
The house was really clean and everything worked perfectly. Excellent place for the kids and very relaxing, we just wish we could have stayed longer; but we are definitely coming back!

| Great place to stay in big bear with a family. Bear themed cabin close to the slopes and markets. Jacuzzi tough to get to in the snow, but overall experience was great! Be sure to put chains on your car if the snow is heavy. Isolated area makes it even more fun. |

| I really liked it but it had a few things that I didn't like... The house itself was beautiful and the rooms and everything were decorated very cute. But... The jacuzzi which was one of the main reasons i wanted it was half full and cold and it looked like some one dumped dirt in it... Another thing was that all of the closets were locked and the heater would randomly turn up and make the house way too hot especially when sleeping... But over all i loved the place and with those things fixed it would be amazing... |
