| The cabin itself was quaint and cute with a nice floor plan for the 8 of us that stayed there. However, we understand that due to the economy the cabin(s) aren't used as frequently as they have in the past and can understand that it may appear not used like it did. We felt that it could have been cleaner - especially the linens and the floors. We had 2 infants - 3 mos and 9 mos and had to keep them off the floor as the rugs were filthy especially the staircase. It needs some deep cleaning. Ants are understandable but in the morning there would be another bug that looked like a german cockroach all over the kitchen counter. This was disturbing as we were afraid they might travel home with us. It could use fumigation especially if it not used on a regular basis. There was no broom or working mop to clean floors. There was some false advertising on your internet regarding the game room. It showed all sorts of games including play station and yet there was no playstation and furthermore all the games had 1 or more piecies missing having to go to Kmart to buy our own games. We never got the internet to work. There were several things wrong and felt the property was somewhat misrepresented and have since looked and found another property for next year's rental. Thank you. |

| Thank you for your response to Lupin Leisure, Unit 1012. The garbage disposal is working correctly. We have an in-house maintenance department that is available to rectify any issue you may experience during your stay. We show no work-orders for the disposal in August so we hope this was not a major issue to you. We also have an in-house housekeeping department that is available to you in the event something is not up to ours and your standard. Dust is a factor in the mountains but we want all our guests to be comfortable and are just a call away. Please come and stay with us again. |

My friends and I rented this cabin for prom weekend and it was absolutly
amazing. At first i was scared that the cabin would be to small but in reality it
is very spacious. We were also worried about disturbing the neighbors, i
mean we were a group of teenagers and we can be prety load, but we never
got a complaint. Either the neighbors are very understanding and tolerant or
we were quieter than i thought. The kitchen is very spacious and very
equipted. The only bad thing was that the oven takes longer than usual to
cook foods, but the stove was amazing. The cabin says it only sleeps 8, but
there is extra floor place for othetd to sleep. Overall we really enjoyed our
experiece and are actually thinking of going backk. |

GREAT BACKYARD FOR KIDS TO PLAY IN SNOW |

THE CABIN WAS SPACIOUS. IT WAS HELPFUL TO HAVE A WASHER
AND DRYER. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND THE CABIN WAS
CLEAN. THE KIDS ENJOYED PLAYING IN THE BACKYARD AND IT WAS
SPACIOUS ENOUGH FOR THEM TO BUILD A RUN FOR SLEDDING.
THERE WAS PLENTY OF CLOSET SPACE FOR STORING SNOW/ SKI
CLOTHES. THE CABIN IS CLOSE TO INNER TUBE RUN AND SKI
SLOPES. SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: DRIVEWAY WAS FULL
OF SNOW- WE HAD A HARD TIME SHOVELING IT UPON OUR
ARRIVAL AFTER DARK WITH THE ONE PLASTIC SNOW SHOVEL
PROVIDED. ALSO, WE WERE TOLD BY BIG BEAR VACATIONS THAT
SKI LIFT TICKETS WOULD BE INCLUDED IN OUR STAY- HOWEVER,
THE TICKETS WERE ONLY GOOD FOR WEEKDAYS OR WEEKENDS
AFTER MARCH 4- SEEMED LIKE A BAIT AND SWITCH ON THE PART
OF THE RESERVATIONIST. SEVERAL THINGS IN THE CABIN WERE
NOT IN GOOD CONDITION- THE MINI BLINDS FELL DOWN, A
CURTAIN VALANCE FELL DOWN AND A DRAWER FACE FELL OFF OF A
CABINET. FORTUNATELY WE WERE ABLE TO FIX THE BROKEN ITEMS. |

| This home was great, it had everything that a home is supposed to have but needs more cooking pans. We only had one that worked okay for cooking meat on. But overall i would definetly stay there again. I loved the backyard it was snowing when we came so we had lots of snow and we made snow angels and tried to make snow mans the snow was just too powdery but it was nice. |

| This being our first time renting a cabin I did not know what to expect. The cabin was very clean and the bedrooms were exactly as advertised. The kitchen does not have a fan and the smoke detector kept going off when we were cooking. Being that it is winter it was uncomfortable having to open windows to let the smoke out. Also we could not find any pans to use only pots to cook with. Game room was our favorite room. All 8 of us enjoyed it very much. |

| We have great time in this house. It was tidy and clean. One minor problem was a little noisy from the central air conditioning and the small bedroom on the ground floor was so hot that we could not sleep in it. Anyway it is a nice cabin. |

I did enjoy the house very much, we stayed there with 5 and there was more than enough space for all of us. Maybe it is an option to get a king size bed in the spare bedroom as well since you're probably going to have 2 couples staying in the house! A discount for the 2nd night would be nice too.
Thanks

Hi,
I just would like to say that me and my family really enjoy our stay at the lupin leisure house. We had a wonderful time. This was are first time coming to big bear and staying in a vacation rental home. It was close to the lake and to the Village. The kids like it and they had a lots of fun. I highly recommend to any one that wishes to get away from the city to visist Big Bear and to stay at the lupin leisure #1012. I know that we'll be back next summer. Thank you. |

A cozy cabin, not a very good first impression when you walk in, but it definetly grows on you. Very clean, the beds were heavenly! Convinently located on a little street just off the highway, but not noisy.
They allow pets and my dog loved it, although I could not let her out by herself because there is no fence. We had five adults, a group from work, and it was about the right size for us. |
