| It was awsome!!!The house was perfect, walking distance to beach, stores were close by.The house had a lot of space for the 3 families that stay in it.The reality did a great job helping us with the resevation and directions when we got to florida. Thank you very much we would love to do it again. The house was very clean,pool was great too. |

| It was a very nice place . Close to the beach grocery store pharmacy and state store. The pool was smaller than actual , but very clean and well kept. The problem was the college kids in the other half liked to stay uo nuntil 2 or4 inthe morning making it very hard to sleep. |

The house was beautiful and clean. Easy walk to the beach for sunsets. The only down side is that the balcony overlooks the other duplex balcony and pool. So not as private as I thought when booking as it is not a single standing house. Otherwise a great and awesome time with enough room for my little family and my Parents. I hope to go back soon.

Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving vacation at the property. We rented both sides of the property which worked out great with small children and adults. Kids and adults enjoyed pool and beach which was just across the street. Unit was new and clean--all modern conviences and the price was right. |

| hii I had an excelent stay at the house and the house was extremely clean all of the staff catered for everyone of are needs the house is in a excelent location and is a great place for all to stay there something for everyone in anna maria island it is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in considering I have stayed on the island 8 times the copany ist great o be with and they are all polite I will definetly stay with them again.My advice would would be to stay longer . Three weeks was not long enough. |
