Pet Friendly Cottage 1.5 blocks from the beach. Newly renovated and decorated, this is a classic great beach house ideal for families, girls weekends or girl scouts. The cottage sits on two lots with the front lot facing Lovell Ave and full of mature palm trees. The cottage's living room is all windows and overlooks the lot and Butler Ave. Yet the home is far enough back from Butler to not have any noise. The outside deck features a gas grill and lots of seating. Complimentary High Speed and wifi internet service, outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. The cottage is only 3 steps off the ground making this an easy acess home for older folks or people with physical challenges. "This home is refreshingly pale like a cool linen suit!"

| We really loved the "No Where To Go Cottage". There were 8 of us in all staying and we were not on top of each other. The house had lots of room & was very conventiently located. Everyone at Mermaid Cottages were great! I liked the quality in customer service skills that they showed.The only thing negative I could say about staying in this cottage would be that the house between the cottage and the IGA is suppose to be torn down and the lot made into a parking lot - I hope this will not take away from the cottage and create more noise. My family will efinitely be using Mermaid Cottages in future. WE LOVE TYBEE!! |

| Everyone that I had contact with was very nice and tried to make everything go smoothly. The cottage was clean and we enjoyed having enough room. The kichen a good size and eating area large. The only problem was the bathrooms which are very small and hard for my husband who is handicaped to use. The shower and toilet area very tiny. We had to walk about 2 blocks to the beach but that was not a problem. The IGA next door was nice as we could even send the kids. It was also nice to have an outdoor shower for when we returned from the beach. |

| I came with my husband, step-children, and several extended family members and the house was roomy enough for us all to stay together for a week easily, we all had our own space. The house was also very clean and neat. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back to Tybee. The house was also a very short walk to the beach and the grocery store was right next door. Very convenient and comfortable. |

We had a girls weekend away from the kids and had a blast, but had to pick the hottest weekend this summer! Barbara and Diane were great to work with and contacted us right before and during our trip to see if there was anything we needed. That was very welcoming.
The cottage was charming with plenty of room. The walls seemed "thin" though and there was a lot of road noise. The beach was beautiful and the drive to Savannah was short and easy. We would recommend it and will probably be come back again. |

| Wonderful place for a group to gather. There were 8 of us and the dining area and living area were large enough for us all. All the bedrooms were comfortable and the cottage was clean. The location was wonderful as it was within walking distance to the beach and shopping. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants to enjoy Tybee Island |

Completely charming and very roomy cottage. Great location-well equiped for a vacation home. As my children are quite young I would probably prefer a home with a bathtub as opposed to the 2 showers in this one but otherwise a fantastic spot for a family.
Clean-great wireless service and more comfortable than most vacation homes I have stayed in before. |

This was a great Tybee cottage. The split floorplan makes it ideal for two families to share the house.
Diane Kaufman and her Mermaids go over and above what's expected in terms of hospitality to make sure you have all the comforts of home.
The only negative was the noise associated with the cottage's close proximity to the loading dock at IGA. I would, however, stay in this cottage again. |

This was our second stay at this cottage. It was a great family vacation -- three generations plus pets. Thre were six of us so we had more than enough room and the floor plan was perfect. We loved the location close to the grocery store in the front and close to the beach in the back.
We have relatives on Wilmington Island so that was perfect. We enjoyed everything about it and will definitely stay there on our next trip. |

| We had a great time at the No Where to Go Cottage. It is just a block from the beach. Has an outside shower. Yeah! No sand in the house. Plus a washer and dyer. Fresh beach towels everyday. It was very clean. Great to share with two families. This was our first family beach vacation. My two kids cannot wait to go back next year. We boogie boarded, went on a boat ride, and road bikes. Best of all we had no schedule. |

| Our family enjoyed a wonderful LONG July 4th weekend, the kids had so much fun. I know it will be a wonderful childhood memory for each of them. No Where to Go could not be more conveinent, a short walk across the street to the beach and the grocery store is only a few steps away, no need to crank up your car until you sadly have to leave.. and I mean sadly!!! |

This cottage was excellent. It was well laid out, spacious, close to the supermarket and a short walk from the beach.
The kitchen was fully equippped and so we ended up cooking instead of eating out as we had planned.
We loved the fact that the living room and deck overlooked the wooded yard. So you are close to everything but still feel secluded. We would definitely rent this property again. |
