Clear Creek in Clermont, Florida is a sunny community located conveniently off of Hwy 27 and is minutes to US 192. The winding road through this community shows off the brilliant wilflife that backs up to the homes.
This four bedroom three bathroom home features a master suite with a King size bed and ensuite master bathroom that has a gardren tub and a enclosed shower. It also has a pool deck access door. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet.
The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed and also has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The first guest bedroom has two single beds and the second guest bedroom also has two single beds. The guest bathroom has a linen closet, single sink, and a tub/shower combination.
This home also features two seperate living rooms. The first living room that you see when you walk into the home is decorated in rich warm colors and is perfect for a family board games or a relaxing retreat from a long day in the park. The formal dining area is also within sight and can accommodate six.
The second living room has a TV, sofa, & loveseat that is open to the eat-in kitchen.
As an added bonus, the garage is set up into a "Games Room" that has an air hockey, football table, and a mini pool table.

We enjoyed the community, shopping, grocery store, and golfing. Lots to do. We like the convenience of the pool in the backyard. There is lots of room for visitors in the home. Home is tired, needs re-decorating and needs updating.
The home needed a spring cleaning. Dust on lamp shades, ceiling fans, window ledges, behind and around furniture.
We cleaned kitchen cupboards and dishes. We requested and received new pots and pans, dish cloths and towels. Also, we received new bath and hand towels, bath mats and face cloths.
Furnace required service three times to make the heating system work.
It would have been convenient to have the pool heating before our arrival.
