Clear Creek in Clermont, Florida is a sunny community located conveniently off of Hwy 27 and is minutes to US 192. The winding road through this community shows off the brilliant wilflife that backs up to the homes.
This four bedroom three bathroom home features a master suite with a King size bed and ensuite master bathroom that has a garden tub and an enclosed shower. It also has a pool deck access door. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet.
The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed and also has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The first guest bedroom has two single beds and the second guest bedroom has a celestial-themed bunkbed. The guest bathroom has a linen closet, single sink, and a tub/shower combination.
This home also features two seperate living rooms. The first living room that you see when you walk into the home is decorated in rich warm colors and is perfect for a family board games or a relaxing retreat from a long day in the park. The formal dining area is also within sight and can accommodate six.
The second living room has a TV, sofa, & loveseat that is open to the eat-in kitchen.
The sparkling pool has a jacuzzi and a covered lanai.
As an added bonus, the garage is set up into a Games Room that has an air hockey, football table, and a mini pool table.
For communications, this home boasts wireless internet access and free long distance to all of the U.S. AND the U.K.!

Although the home was in a good location and suitable for our needs,
we were not pleased with the agency service. We had asked that the
pool be heated on arrival and this was not done and we were charged,
regardless. Also, we were displeased that the oven and cooktop did
not work. Our complaints were dismissed and my request for some
sort of compensation (i.e. $ 50-75 credit) were ignored and then
finally declined. The other oddity was that a guestbook in the home
had numerous complaints along the same lines. There are plenty of
other nice homes to rent through vrbo or other services, so whybother
dealing with a agency with poor customer service. One can surely do
better. |

| I would just like to kindly remind our guest that in our rental contract we explained that sometimes appliances do malfunction and we cannot give compensation in the few instances it does happen. We did make sure that it was responded to promptly and made our best efforts to correct the situation as fast as possible. We appreciate feedback from all of our guests and would like to extend a discount to you if you choose to give Southern Select Villas a second chance! |
