Vacation Rental Description
This home is a split-plan design which is completely tiled throughout the main living areas and bathrooms with carpeted bedrooms. It has air-conditioning and heating throughout and will provide all the amenities and comforts required for your most enjoyable stay.
The first master suite has a King sized bed, cable TV, & telephone. The bathroom consists of a bath, shower, vanity unit, hairdryer, and a walk-in closet.
The second master suite has a double bed. There are patio doors leading to the pool area. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, vanity unit, & hair dryer. There is also a walk-in closet.
On the opposite side of the house are two twin bedrooms both with closets and clock radios.
The third bathroom consists of a bath, shower & vanity unit. It is located between the two twin rooms.
The kitchen provides all the facilities you will require including a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, blender, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, waste disposal, as well as all the pots, pans, and utensils you could possibly require. There is a breakfast bar for convenience or alternatively dine at the stylish dining table in the dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate room containing a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
The lounge/living area consists of vaulted cathedral ceilings for extra light and spaciousness together with a ceiling fan. There are sofas and chairs for your comfort while watching the TV. There is also a sofabed. Patio doors lead to the covered lanai and pool area.
Outside is a west-facing pool which is perfect for all day sunbathing and into the early evening followed by views of the beautiful sunset. There is also an electric pool heater for chilly days. The pool has a depth of three feet to six feet. The pool can be lit at night. There is plenty of room to relax on the sun loungers around the pool area or at the table and chairs under the covered lanai. Smoking can be enjoyed outside the home, but is prohibited inside.

The Villa was great in all aspects. Roomy, comfortable, great price. Company excellent to rent from. Nice people, good to work with. Place was very clean and well kept. Good neighborhood and close to all amenities, golf, shopping, etc.
The only small issue we had was the pool was quite dirty and although we asked midway through our month stay, the company looking after it did not come and clean it til we were getting ready to leave and they were in and out in 5 minutes.... did not appear to clean the pool very well. Did not refract from a great stay at a very nice place.
Other than that... will definitely rent from Southern Select Villas again....next year.
