To the left are formal dining room, large gourmet kitchen with a huge marble topped island work station, and a second dining room featuring recessed lighting for a pleasant dining experience. Hot Springs Ranch is located on a hilltop location which is blessed with an afternoon wind generally providing a nice cross breeze if the home is opened up in the late afternoon or early morning.
