We spent a week at Ocean View Condo in Indian Rocks Florida, and we
wished we had booked for two. The condo had almost everything we could
possibly ask for, and then some.
We were,first of all, greatly
impressed by how absolutely spotless the condo was, spic and span in
every detail. The kitchen was amazing with granite countertops and
every convenience. The balcony is huge with a great table & seating for
six, as well as two lounge chairs. Great for morning coffee or evening
drinks. We gathered there every evening for the sunsets...amazing. The
unit had 2 bedrooms and with over 1400 sq feet we had tons of space to
spread out in (two couples)
It was our first time using Home Away
properties instead of a hotel, and we all agreed its the way to go. this
unit felt like home, very safe, and very bright & cheerful.
We ate in
we wanted,( the building has a huge bbq,) or ate out at all the nearby
spots.
I don't think the condo lacked anything. Although we could have
used another beach chair. Otherwise, we felt pampered and were very sad
to leave. Loved this place!

We rented the condo for a week in Florida. We had a great time. The condo was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The view was stunning. I would definitely rent this unit again. More...

We visit Indian Rocks Beach twice a year and have stayed at many properties and this is one of the most beautiful that we have been in,
There is always something to do in this area and the views from the beach house are amazing & beautiful.
I recommend this unit to anyone that wants a clean beautiful spot for a beach vacation & the Disney &
Universal Parks not to mention Sea World loved it!!! More...

After our visit to Miami and Orlando we stayed 4 nights in this property. A good place to slow down a bit, with the ocean so close by. The inside of the property is also great: nice rooms, a beautiful kitchen etc! More...

After staying at this property for the past 3 years and in different units, this unit is by far the nicest one we've stayed in. As odd as it may sound, It is so nice to actually have a table within the unit, large enough to have a family sit down meal. All the way from the comfortable and appropriately suited furnishings to the location within the building, this unit has it all. This is also the first time we used 3 Palms Realty and they were truly fantastic. Any question or problem was addressed quickly and professionally by their staff. We would most certainly use them again as well. More...
