Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds and the third bedroom housing two full-sized beds. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

Third trip to MarVista Grande. This year our room was the prettiest yet. Our family loves the convenience of MarVista. Hopefully we will return next year.

This is our second time at Mar Vista. I really enjoyed our stay. We did have one problem the last night we were there. The pool area was mobbed with kids being very loud and there were kids running up and down the halls near my daughters room being very loud. Needless to say we did not sleep well that night. When we left on Saturday morning just before 3 there were 2 young kids on the elevator who smelled of alcohol. It seemed they were riding the elevator from floor to floor. I was a little bothered by this.
The room was very comfortable and we would definately stay again. I was just a little annoyed at the immaturity of some of the guests. |

I arrived early afternoon January 2, 2009. The people at the reception area were just great to deal with, pleasant, professional people who had everything ready for me.
The condominium was as pictured and although there is some showing of use and wear on the carpeting, the entire apartments was very clean and ready for occupancy.
I have had a wonderful stay so far and I am sure the next 2 months will be as enjoyable as the first month.
Looking forward to making this an annual winter stay, 3 months away from the white season in Vermont. |

| Beautiful rooms with nice amenities. Quiet beach location with access to the hussle and business of Myrtle Beach. The only down side to the stay was the small disappointing lazy river. With the extraordinary surroundings, the lazy river was too small and crowded...otherwise, the stay was grand! |
