Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-side unit is located on the north side of the building, and views to the beach are available on the large side balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds, and the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

| THIS IS OUR 4TH YEAR AT MAR- VISTA GRAND AS ALWAYS WE HAD A BLAST , THE ROOM THIS YEAR WAS A LITTLE WARN , CARPET DIRTY , A TV MISSING FROM 1 BEDROOM . I WOULD NOT CHOOSE THIS UNIT AGAIN , OVER ALL THE MAR-VISTA WAS WAS IN GOOD CONDITION . WE ARE LOOKING FOWARD TO NEXT YEAR. |

| The condo was fantastic, nicely decorated and cared for, the set up was great. We had a wonderful time on both the beach and pool. Wish the pool was not shodowed by the hotel in the daytime, but if you've had too much sun, it is a nice feature. There were not too many amentities, but we were not looking for that. We truly enjoyed the location, less people but still plenty to do and get to. The only drawback was, the fire alarm was pulled twice for no reason (kids) and we had to evacuate the building. Great stay, would go back in a heartbeat! |

| This condo was VERY well-equipped- all amenities one could want ! Furniture was comfortable in all rooms, in excellent condition. We had guests for a few days, and everyone appreciated the separateness of the bedroom areas- quiet for children. Another "plus", was the daily aquafit classes in the pool- volunteered by a guest. Shopping,golf, entertainment etc was closeby. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was the 1st time we had ever done this, and we think we stayed in an ideal condo ! Thank you to the owners !! |

| Great facilities and location- My family all converged at the Mar Vista Grande the day after Christmas for our annual Christmas get-togehter. We had been staying at the Barefoot Resort Yacht Club but this year wanted to do ocean front. Although the size of our 3 bedroom condo was a bit smaller than our 4 bedroom Yacht Club condo, the location on the beach was great. Awesome indoor pool and the weather was great as well. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay and we already have reservations for June! |

We had a great time at the Marvista Grande and Look forward to returning next year. This is the second time that we've stayed at the MarVista Grande and each time we enjoy it. You would think that because August is a busy time at the beach that it would be over crowded, but it wasn't.
The kids really enjoyed the beach area and the pool and I enjoyed the business center and the fitness room. Restaurant's were very close by as well as shopping areas. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to see that the everything was clean. The maintenance people were really helpful with giving directions and the check-in lady was nice. I would definitely recommend the MarVista Grande especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of
your vacation at the beach. Our family didn't have anything negative to report, not even the parking. |
