Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds and the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds. There are multiple TVs, VCRs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

| We love the MB area, haved stayed before. Mar Vista is a nice location, but the rental we stayed in needs somebody to come in and clean! The carpets were dirty/stove. Furniture wore and dirty/dusty! Windows not clean, the worst was the nasty bathrooms/soap scum/mildew, just dirty. I think the home could be nice, it just somebody is not cleanning it well after use. The pool area is nice, but its not kept very clean either. Many places to chose in the MB area, not for sure if I would go back to this resort. |

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the cleanliness of the condo. This is totally unacceptable and has been addressed with the head of housekeeping. Ocean Resorts takes great pride in making sure that all guests receive excellent quality service in all areas. Unfortunately, this did not happen for you and your family.
Concerning the pool areas, this is handled by the Homeowner's Association and has also been addressed with them. Hopefully you and your family will return to the Mar Vista Grande during the future and find everything up to your expectations.

| Our family stayed at the Mar Vista Grande at NMB and our vacation was everything we expected and more. The amenities were excellent-the pool area offers something for everyone. The unit MV1206 was furnished with exceptionally comfortable and stylish decor. The staff (on site) of Ocean Resorts NMB was always helpful to insure that we had everything we needed to make our vacation the BEST ever!!!We would highly recommend to others and will definitely vacation there again. |

This was our second time staying at Mar Vista Grande
in NMB. The experience was awesome. The three
bedroom condo was very spacious and we loved the
beach front views of the Atlantic ocean. The condo
offered all the comforts of home. The master bedroom
and bathroom had plenty of closet space and provided
a separate shower and jetted bath tub.
We have stayed at various condo towers in the NMB
area and Mar Vista Grande is by far the best. |

| My friends and I had a fantastic time at the MarVista Grande. Our vacation home was spacious and neatly decorated. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. We spent a lot of time out there. We had such a great time that we will probably go back again next summer. |
