Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds and the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds. There are multiple TVs, VCRs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

| We stayed at Mar Vista Grande for our vacation and I can't tell you enough how great it was. Our condo was bueatifully decorated. The only thing bad was the living room carpet. It does need a new one or perhaps a good cleaning. The view was breathtaking. The Mar vista's ammendities were very nice. The area's were clean and well maintained. Our visit was great!! We have stayed there many times and would stay there again. The location is good also. North Myrtle Beach has grown so much from when we first started going there. Mar Vista is located close to everything. I give it a 100% |

| Marvista Grande was a beautiful and very well kept place to stay. We really enjoyed this condo. Very clean and very pretty. Nice pool area. Kiddie pool could use a little sprucing up,make it a little more fun for the little ones, but nice enough. Beach was very nice. The description did not mention that the third bedroom has no television in it and the bathroom is across the hall, but not really that inconvienant. Master bedroom/bathroom really beautiful!!! Would definitely stay here again. One of our best family vacations. Very quiet!! |
