Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-side unit is located on the south side of the building, and views to the beach are available on the large side balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 10 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring a king-sized bed, the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are multiple TVs and DVD player in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

Excellent accomodations. Very clean and quiet atmosphere. This is my family's second experience at Mar Vista Grande and both have been excellent.
Best- Truely- fully equipped kitchen (blender, coffee maker, measuring spoons, etc.) I was not restricted if I wanted to cook And the master bath- what luxury
Least- Both stays experienced long waits for elevators due to high volumes but the remainder of our stay elevator waits were minimal
Thank you to the condo owner for sharing their home away from home.

| This condo was absolutely beautiful. We love staying here. The facilities are very clean and kept up well. The only down-side is that the lazy river is very small. The outdoor pool is a little small for the amount of people it services; however, the pool under the shelter is a nice size which helps. We have stayed here for two years and have been very pleased with the two different condos decor, size (the balconies are huge!) and space. We hope they will work to keep the prices affordable so we can continue to come back year after year. |

| Mar Vista Grande Room 1215 was a great place with an excellent view. On the balacony you could see everything as it was happening from the road to the beach. The only thing I did not like it that all the beds were very hard. You never got to get a good nights sleep. Beside of the beds, I would most def. stay there again. |

| My family of three and another family of three stayed at Mar Vista Grande in April 2009. The accomodations in unit 1215 were above our expectations. The unit was very clean, well equipped, and furnished. The master bath was remarkable and kitchen well stocked. The size of the unit was perfect to keep the two families seperate when needed. Indoor pools were great and key for our toddlers when the weather was a bit cooler in April. My only concerns were that the advertised "Tiki Bar" at the pool wasn't open any of the days we were there and that the bedrooms did not have ample dresser/clothes storage space. We had to hang most of our clothing in closets and there were very few hangers provided. Overall, we will surely be returning to Mar Vista Grande and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! |

Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn that the pictures online matched the home. It's actually nicer than the pictures!
We'd definitely recommend this condo especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of
your vacation at the beach. We cooked, and the kitchen was very functionable. With plenty of room for the kids to relax on our vacation! We'll be
back next year Thanksgiving 2009. |

Enjoyed the home but had some issues |

| This was our first visit to the Mar Vista Grande in Myrtle Beach and while we enjoyed our stay we had a couple of issues. We arrived late in September...low season...and the unit had not been cleaned and there were no towels in the unit. Additionally, one of the door handles and one of the toilet paper holders was on the floor and broken. There was an ironing board up in one of the rooms because it was broken and could not be taken down and most of the light bulbs were out and one of the light switches was broken. After we called the office the unit was recleaned and the maintenance man was there daily taking care of items that should have been checked before I arrival. While we enjoyed the unit we were disappointed in the overall quality as it relates to the price and would have be furious if we had paid in season rates. |

stating that these issues should have been reported and corrected by the
housekeeping department before you checked in. Our housekeeping department has been informed that the conditions you encountered at check-in were totally unacceptable.
