Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-side Petnhouse unit is located on the north and street sides of the building, and views to the beach are available on the large corner balcony. This is a four-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, wet-bar, wine cooler, ice-maker and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with two bedrooms each furnishing a king-sized bed, a third room featuring two full-sized beds, and the fourth bedroom housing two full-sized beds. There are multiple TVs and a DVD player in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

We had a beautiful unit, but a few problems. |

Biggest problem was the microwave stopped working on Wed. We had quite a few food items that needed the use of a microwave.
The batteries for the remote on the television in the family room were not working and we had to buy new ones.
The bathroom lights in the first bathroom when entering condo were not working. I feel the cleaning people should have taken care of. We did report and they were replaced. |

| A little dissappointed in the appearance of the unit. Not very clean and needs some work. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom, carpets need cleaning or replaced. Otherwise, our stay was good....enjoyed the beach, pools and hot tubs. |

Thank you for taking time to place your review on FlipKey regarding your recent stay at the Mar Vista Grande in Unit 1501. In checking our records, the only issue that was reported during your stay was a recessed light in need of repair; this was replaced. Regarding the mattress in the master bedroom, I will personally check its condition and address the concern and my findings with the homeowner. We would have been glad to clean the carpet during your stay if this had been reported to our office.
As the season is winding down, we will be doing inventories in each condo and relay any problems that need to be taken care of to all owners.
We are glad to know that your enjoyed your stay and we look forward to you visiting the Mar Vista Grande in the future.

| This was our second visit to Mar Vista Grande. The accomodations are very nice and spacious. These condos work well for multiple families. We did have two very minor issues while we were there but they were handled very quickly and successfully. Management was very courteous. I would highly recommend Mar Vista Grande to anyone who needs accomodations in North Myrtle Beach. We plan to stay again next year. |

| Nine of us stayed at MarVista this year. Lots of children and grandchildren. Our condo,1501, was marvelous with everything we could ask for. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was very well supplied. The bedrooms had the bed layout that we needed for three families. The condo is spacious and well furnished. The patio is large with a nice view. We had a wonderful experience and plan to return in 2010. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a larger facility. The pools and deck areas are very well maintained and clean and beach access is easy. |

| We had a great time staying at the Mar Vista Grande! It was a beautiful condo with a lot of great amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. The kids also loved the lazy river! It is right on the ocean and has a beautiful view. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return someday! |

| Although the accomodations were nice, they were not as plush as the furniture and decor of the 1402 unit we stayed at during our previous visit. In addition, we experienced some problem with the bathroom lighting, but the maintenance staff did not come to see about it and fix it until 2 days after we reported it. There needs to be maintenance coverage on the weekend. Therefore, we were disappointed. |

Thank you for your recent review regarding your stay with us during October. We are sorry that you were not as pleased with the accommodations as your were during a previous stay in unit #1402. All of our condos are privately owned and are decorated and furnished according to the homeowners taste. In the future, it may help you to view condominium pictures on our website at www.marvistagrande.com, though we acknowledge that it is difficult to determine from this the level of comfort that you may encounter based on the owners' differing styles.
We sincerely apologize for the lighting problem you encountered in one of the bathrooms. We do have an on-call maintenance department on the weekends; however, they respond only to what are determined to be emergency calls. We are glad they were able to get the problem fixed in time though for you to enjoy the condo wholly.
We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration with regard to the quality of the furnishings of the condominium and the responsiveness of our on-call emergency maintenance staff, and hope that you will visit with us again and find everything up to your expectations.
