Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-side Petnhouse unit is located on the north and street sides of the building, and views to the beach are available on the large corner balcony. This is a four-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, wet-bar, wine cooler, ice-maker and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with two bedrooms each furnishing a king-sized bed, a third room featuring two full-sized beds, and the fourth bedroom housing two full-sized beds. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

| Although the accomodations were nice, they were not as plush as the furniture and decor of the 1402 unit we stayed at during our previous visit. In addition, we experienced some problem with the bathroom lighting, but the maintenance staff did not come to see about it and fix it until 2 days after we reported it. There needs to be maintenance coverage on the weekend. Therefore, we were disappointed. |

| Thank you for your recent review regarding your stay with us during October. We are sorry that you were not as pleased with the accommodations as your were during a previous stay in unit #1402. All of our condos are privately owned and are decorated and furnished according to the homeowners taste. In the future, it may help you to view condominium pictures on our website at www.marvistagrande.com, though we acknowledge that it is difficult to determine from this the level of comfort that you may encounter based on the owners' differing styles. <br />

We sincerely apologize for the lighting problem you encountered in one of the bathrooms. We do have an on-call maintenance department on the weekends; however, they respond only to what are determined to be emergency calls. We are glad they were able to get the problem fixed in time though for you to enjoy the condo wholly. <br />

We appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration with regard to the quality of the furnishings of the condominium and the responsiveness of our on-call emergency maintenance staff, and hope that you will visit with us again and find everything up to your expectations.<br />
