Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds, the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

We recently visited North Myrtle Beach and stayed at the Marvista Grande for the first time. Our condo was fabulous - nicely decorated and the location on the beach was terrific. We were greeted by two gentleman at the parking garage entry that were very pleasant and helpful. We had some light bulbs burned out that were replaced almost immediately once we went to the office !! We really enjoyed the patio with a wonderful ocean view. We really liked the setup of the parking garage on the first four floors and the rooms starting on fifth floor. It was very convenient. Our overall thought ... we would return to Marvista Grande without batting an eye.
Our only complaint would be that the water in the covered pools was TOO COLD!! |

this is my whole family's third year vacationing at marvista. we keep coming back and each year seems to get better. the condo we stayed in was wonderful as have been all the units every year. the staff is just great each year and it is good to see that the employees stay the same each year. that says alot about how a place is being managed. and we love the family atmosphere that the marvista uses as a foundation for renting. there's no crazy stuff going on and you and your guest feel safe. see ya next year same time same place.

| We stayed at the MarVista Grande the last week of May. The staff was friendly. Condo 506 was very nice (clean and beautifully decorated). Six (3 couples ages 20 - 55) stayed there. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths gave all of us complete privacy and we did not hear each other. I was really surprised that you did not hear any noises from any of the other condos. Pools were clean and there was always plenty of lounge chairs. Very relaxing from the first day until the last. We would stay here again. |

| We had a great stay in this beautiful three bedroom condo. Very clean and well taken care of. It's ocean front which made it a delight to get up every morning and open the curtains!! We will definitely return again! |

Such a lovely place!! We were very satisfied with our stay. We will definitely return. This is our second time of staying at the Mar Vista Grande and everything was most enjoyable. We have stayed at several of the Ocean Drive condos but this is definitely "top of the line".

Our family loved the Mar Vista Grande complex. Our condo #506 was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The view of the ocean is great and you can see the lazy river and pool from your balcony. It did, however, need to have more items in the kitchen for cooking -- casseroles, pans, etc. Even though we enjoy going out to dinner at the great restaurants in North Myrtle Beach, we also like to cook large family meals. This was our second year staying at the Mar Vista #506 and we would definitely stay there again.
