The Mar Vista 513 was a great condo.I did not have any problems with it. The check-in was real fast and all the people that worked their were real nice and answered any questions I asked them. Mar Vista is located on a wide beautiful beach. I enjoyed walking on the beach. The inside swimming pool and the big hot tub was wonderful. Also the outside hot tub was nice. Sitting on the wide balaney and watching the ocean and seeing Dolphins swim by was nice.
The condo had all the comforts of home. Big screem LCD TV's. Nice overhead lights with fans, big bathrooms, nice furniture, nice carpet and tile floors.
This is the 3 year that I have stayed at the Mar Vista Granda for the whole month of November and I am staying their for the whole month of November 2010. I have stayed at a lot of resort in Myrtle Beach but this is the best resort I have ever stayed at. I enjoyed the Carolina Opry and the Dixie Stampeed. More...

The service at Mar Vista was excellent.When we had a problem in the condo (and they were minor)it was taken care of in record time.The staff was very professional and very helpful. Many thanks to Mandy for her help last year (2008) when we rented the condo (513) at her suggestion, after the owner of the condo we had originally rented decided not to rent for the month of October.
We were very comfortable in 513.It is beautiful,the pictures on the web site do not do it justice.It does need a new ironing board and the largest pot has lost the knob on the lid...but in all honesty I did not complain about either of them.Hopefully they will be replaced by next year.Yes, we are planning to come back next year.
We have rented a number of condos in various buildings in North Myrtle Beach but Mar Vista Grande was by far the most beautiful building we have stayed in to date.The building is in a great location and is kept in "tip top" shape.The parking garage,elevators,hallways, pool areas are kept clean at all times.The beach is fabulous.
Because we were with a large group,we found the outdoor patio on the fifth floor great for "get togethers" on a Sunday evening.Thanks to the staff,keep up the great work!
As far as we know this whole group of Canadians will be back.See you next year! More...

My family visits Myrtle Beach every year at Spring Break, and we have stayed in condos all over the oceanfront, searching for the perfect place- and we found it! April is a tricky weather month, so it is always important that our condo have a wonderful indoor pool as well as outdoor pool- and Mar Vista was wonderful! The indorr pool was large and warm. The indoor hot tub was very big also, and there was also a nice toddler pool. We were able to use the lazy river a few days as well, and we had a great time.
The condo was very spacious and clean- very nicely decorated. We were in an end unit and never heard a peep from another guest. We will definitely stay again! More...

We were pleasantly surprised when we saw the condo. The office was closed but had no problem retrieving key for entrance. We never actually expected condo to look as good or better than the brochure. The rooms were clean and furnished with the best utensils and furniture. The pool (inside) was large and well maintained and the hot tub was as well. Mar Vista was beyond our expectations.
We were there during Christmas therefore not alot of people around.
The only thing that could possibly have made it better would be a restaurant available and and a person at a desk should problems occur.
