Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-side corner unit is located on the north and street sides of the building, and views to the beach are available on the large corner balcony. This is a four-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with two bedrooms each furnishing a king-sized bed, a third room featuring two queen-sized beds, and the fourth bedroom housing two full-sized beds. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

Mar Vista is a very nice facility. However, this unit is not being well maintained. The carpets are dirty with many marks, walls are marked, there are electrical outlet covers missing, dust every where, blinds are missing panels, refrigerator doors stick, DVD players do not work - even when we put in our own batteries, patio table is badly chipped with sharp edges.
All this is easy to correct. Other than the condition of the unit our stay was very good. We stayed at Mar Vista two years ago and it was a excellent experience. |

| We enjoyed our stay at Mar Vista. The unit was very spacious. Could use a few more pans. The staff was very friendly. Work out room and pool was great. Hot tub could have been warmer at night. We would definetly stay there again. We enjoyed the beach area not crowded at all. Lovely place to vacation. |

We have stayed at other units in the North Myrtle area.
This building had adequate parking, unlike the other structures we have stayed
at. The unit was outstanding with the exception of the kitchen utensils. Pots,
pans, and bowls leave a lot to be desired for a 4 bedroom unit. Other than that
we enjoyed the unit and, should we return to NMB, we will request a unit in
this building. |

| My family really enjoyed our stay at Mar Vista Grand. The accomodations were superb and it certainly felt like "a home away from home." I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. It would have been the perfect vacation had the weather been a little more cooperative. We will definitely be staying at Mar Vista Grand on our next trip to the beach! |

We stayed here in July, 2008 and loved it! Each year our entire family gets together for a one week vacation and this year we decided to go to the beach. There were 12 of us and the condo was just right.
The kitchen was large enough so we were able to cook. I would like to have had a few more cooking and eating utensils.
The furniture was nice but a but large for the rooms cutting down on the the bedroom spaces that had to accomodate four.
This was a corner condo so the view and and the porch were wonderful. We could see the beach as well as the activity on the streets. It was large enough for all of us to be out there at the same time. We loved it!
We would recommend this condo to all our friends. |
