Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds, the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

Outstanding service. Clean rooms, and pool area was well kept.Lights in hall at night are a major distraction while trying to sleep.
We had stayed at NMB for several years, but found this last year. Have signed up for next year already. Had only about 10 days of good weather, but that was no problem. There is enough to do to keep you busy. |

| Had a great time in NMB! The condo was great...master bath is AWESOME! Great views and the only complaint would be the pool deck is a little small...could use more seating around the pools. |

I have vacationed in Myrtle Beach for the past 12 years and have stayed at many different resorts along the grand strand but the Mar Vista is the nicest place that we have stayed yet. The units are top notch, beautiful, and fully equipped. The pools, lazy river, and hot tubs are wonderful. My kids could spend the entire day in the lazy river and it is one of the few places that haven't made us keep up with pool bracelets and wear them all week. I appreciate the 5th floor amenities such as the computers that are available at any time, the outdoor plaza, and the fitness room. The staff is very pleasant. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

| always a relaxing, non-threatening, struggle free stay. can't return next year due to upcoming event, however will return in 2011 for our 3rd trip. love the immediate area and hope the unfortunate fires last wk did not compromise your beautiful area. |

| Overall, I enjoyed my vacation at the MarVista Grand...but it wasn't because of the resort. The weather was beautiful, thank goodness. The indoor heated pools weren't really indoor..they were undercover, they certainly weren't heated. The staff stated that the pools were waiting for a part to come in...when the hot tub was fixed (the part came in), the baby pool still wasn't heated, and with a 2 year old, I wanted it to be. The outdoor pools weren't heated either, even though I specifically asked before booking. I felt bad for the condo owner, the place was trashed. I reported that the kitchen fawcett wouldn't shut off, the staff said they would send someone over, they never did. The price would have to be very good in order for me to stay there again. |

Thank you for the review of your recent stay at the Mar Vista Grande. We are very sorry that you had some problems while you were here.
Regarding the pools, unfortunately, the pool heaters had just been turned on before your arrival because the weather was very warm up until that time. After the maintenance people turned the heaters on, they discovered that the heaters needed a "part" and then had them serviced. All pool heaters are working very well now. We apologize that this took place during your stay here and you were not able to enjoy the pool facilities.
Regarding the kitchen faucet, we did send our maintenance department to your condo to check the problem and he reported back to us that it was working fine. Perhaps you were out during his visit.
We are glad you enjoyed our gorgeous October weather and hope you'll give us another try in the future. Again, we thank you for your valuable input as our guests are very important to us.

| Accomodations were beautiful and very convenient to beach, restaurants, etc. The only negative comment is that the carpeting needs to be cleaned. I realize summer is near end, but for those of us that vacation later in the year, we were disappointed to see this. This issue would not keep us from vacationing at this property again though! |
