Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds, the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

| Nice areaq of North Myrtle, especially in September and the crowds have left. Room was very impressive with it's granite counters and bath. It was exceptionally clean except for stains on the light colored carpets. We will stay there again for sure and we will ask for the same condo! |

| I really love the Mar Vista, this was our 2nd year there. However, I hope that the maintenance of the condos improve, for such a new complex there were several things, little things, but I would like to continue w/the Mar Vista for example the toilet paper holders in both bathrooms were broken, there was a rip in the couch and it was very worn, and the kitchen is not as stocked as it was our first year. We were there w/several family members who also had similar issues including some condos didn't have deck furniture. |

Thank you for taking time to provide us a review of your stay with us at the Mar Vista Grande. We are sorry that your stay this year was not up to your expectations. I did check to see if any of the issues you encountered were reported to the office and cannot find any report of the problems you encountered. Our maintenance department would certainly have taken care of the toilet tissue holders, and we do keep kitchen supplies in stock should they be needed.
I will personally check on the condition of the couch and address this with the homeowner. The patio furniture issue that you described your friends as having has already been addressed with the guest who stayed in that particular condo.
We look forward to your staying with Ocean Resorts at the Mar Vista Grande in the future and we will do our best to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

| Fabulous condo experience.Great view of the beach. Clean, roomy and very confortable.Beautiful decor. Even though it rained our entire stay,MarVista Grande Condo and it's amenities-weight room, saunas and pools made our stay indoors very enjoyable.Only complaint the water temperature of heated indoor pool very cold almost too cool to swim in. We definately recommend this condo unit. |
