Vacation Rental Description
Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds, the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

We have been visiting the Myrtle Beach Area for over 13 years. For the past three years we have been staying at the Mar Vista Grande. Each year outdoes the previous year. I have to say that this is the best year ever. The room was immaculate, the pool area and pools were in excellent condition.
Although this is a condo, my only recommendation would be to utilize the "drink hut" and to offer more drink options, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, and to add a grill for light snacks such as burgers, hot dogs, fries, chix. fingers, etc. This would be beneficial for the resort as well as an added convenience for pool and beach goers.
Another suggestion would be to add a small convenience and gift shop, which would make this resort TRULY amazing. |

TWO WEEK VACATION |

| WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. WE CAME THE FIRST WEEK WTIH 20 PEOPLE AND THE SECOND WEEK WITH ABOUT 75 PEOPLE. THE CONDO WAS FINE BUT AS WITH ANY BEACH JPROPERTY IT IS TIME FOR SOME OVERHAUL. OUR CHECK-IN WAS DELAYED AND THE CONDO SMELLED WITH FUMES OF THE OVEN CLEANING. THE CHAIR IN LIVING ROOM HAD A HOLE AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE PATIO FURNITURE STAINED YOUR CLOTHES IF DAMP AND IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE TO SIT. THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND BOTH THE OFFICE STAFF AND CLEANING PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. ANY REPAIRS WERE ADDRESSED ASAP. HOPEFULLY NEXT YEAR OUR CHECK IN WILL GO SMOOTHLY AND THE CONDO WILL HVE THE SUGGESTED CHANGES TAKEN CARE OF. WE LOOK FORWARD TO NEXT YEAR BUT MY GROUP WAS NOT HAPPY WITH SOME OF THEIR CONDOS. THE FALLER'S IN 612 HAD NO PATIO FURNITURE AT ALL AND SOME OF THE OTHERS ONLY HAD PLASTIC CHAIRS. I SINCERELY HOPE THE OWNERS MAKE THE CHANGES BECAUSE I'M THE PERSON RESPONCIBLE FOR BOOKING THESE CONDOS. I'LL CALL IN JANUARY AND CHECK ON EVERYTHING BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATIONS. |

| My family and I were very impressed with the Mar Vista Grande and particularly with Unit 611. This is a beautiful condo and everything was very clean and new, no problems at all for the whole week. We've been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 20 years and this was by far the nicest accommodations we have had. This unit is beautifully decorated, no tacky beachy stuff here! Big screen TV's with DVD players in every room, beautiful view from the balcony. All eight of us ate dinner on the balcony one evening with lots of room. Thanks for the memories! |

| Enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and very much worth the money spent. Only issue I had was the problem with someone pulling the fire alarm. Happened on two occasions, however, staff took care of the problem. |

| we enjoyed this condo. the interior was fantastically decorated and very comfortable and clean. it was very spacious inside the condo with many amenities. the resort staff very friendly, helpful,and made the stay excellent. i would definitely go here again. a little pricey but worth the money. |
