Mar Vista Grande is located in the famed Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, and overlooks one of the widest stretches of beach along South Carolina’s Grand Strand. This ocean-front corner unit is located on the south side of the building and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 8 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds. There are multiple TVs and DVD players in the condominium, a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, and high speed internet access available at the breakfast bar area of the kitchen.All condominiums at the Mar Vista Grande are complemented by excellent amenities including a fitness center with gym-quality equipment, a business center for computer and printer use, and indoor and outdoor water features including pools, spas, a kiddie pool, and a lazy river. Relax at the indoor pool to the soothing waterfall of our mosaic water wall. Amenities also include WiFi internet access in common areas, high speed internet in each condominium, and a street-side common patio area furnished with tables and chairs for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air and view of Ocean Boulevard. The Mar Vista Grande is a non-smoking facility. Parking is available on garage floors underneath the building. The Ocean Resorts rental office is located on the fifth floor, and an experienced and dedicated staff will ensure your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your stay at the Mar Vista Grande.

Mar Vista Grande is still the best deal and
accommodations in Myrtle Beach. The location
is ideal and the beach front the best. Very
easy to use the reservation service and get just
the unit you want(for me it's a corner). Will be
back next year. |

| The Mar vista 713 created a perfect vacation for us, we couldn't have asked for anything more, the memories are endless. The decor was beautiful, modern, and accomodating. We had a wonderful, realaxing vacation and look forward to visiting again next year. |

The unit was an end oceanfront with very large balcony and wonderful views of the ocean and beach. The unit was well furnished. Both the carpet and balcony were very dirty. The sheets on the master bedroom bed appeared not to have been changed prior to our arrival. Arriving after 5 p.m. on Saturday (we arrived at 5:30 p.m.), we were unable to get anyone to set our air conditioning until the next day so it kept resetting to 85 degrees. I had my 82 year old mother with us and we were very concerned for her well-being in this situation so 0 reset the air conditioner every four hours until I could get someone to reset it so it wouldn't go back to 85 degrees in four hours. We didn't find the bath mats until Wednesday of the week (they were put away in drawers in the front foyer). We had to request certain items of the welcome kit such as dishwasher powder and my husband who made the request had to argue with the rental agent concerning whether or not we had originally received this (If I had received it we wouldn't have been asking for it--I had forgotten to bring this and was going to buy some the next day but dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher and we didn't have clean dishes to use until the next day).
It's a shame the housekeeping services have really ruined this lovely place. |

Thank you for taking the time to place your review of Mar Vista Unit 713 regarding your recent stay. We appreciate your thoughts and use them to improve the quality of our condominiums and service as well as your vacation experience.
I feel confident that all of the beds are made with clean linen due to the fact that they come from the linen service prepacked for each individual condo. We have no record of your calling our after-hours service to report the air conditioning problem. Our maintenance department would have been glad to have taken care of this issue after regular office hours so you would not have to wait until the following day to get the problem corrected.
I sincerely apologize for the bath mats not being in the bathrooms and the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. All guests are responsible for running the dishwasher before their departure but the maid service should have checked to make sure that this was done. These two issues have been addressed with the maid service.
I must also apologize for the Welcome Kit not including all items required and there is no excuse for any of our staff members to dispute your request for any missing items. I have addressed this issue with all front desk personnel.
Ocean Resorts at the Mar Vista Grande takes great pride in excellent customer service and it was unfortunate for you that this was not the case. We sincerely hope that you will return to the Mar Vista in the future and that you next stay will be everything it should be.

| Mar vista Grande is a wonderful place to stay. this was our 2nd year and I must say that the condo this year was not as nice as the condo we had last year. The carpet was filthy and the walls were very dirty. Our dishes were all dirty also. We do realize that these condos get a lot of wear and tear but that is up to the owners to take care of it. It just made the condo feel dirty. A simple coat of paint and a steam cleaner would have done the job. |

This is our fourth stay at the MarVista, and I have to say that we have always come away more than pleased. This time, however, we did have a few issues with the corner unit we shared. Walls in need of painting and dirty carpet are not what we have come to expect from this upscale resort. Not huge issues, but leaving an overall impression of lack of maintenance, also were a door that took some coaxing to lock, and a rocking toilet in the master bath.
The views from this unit are amazing, so the foregoing details are unfortunate. We do love the MarVista resort itself, however, and will return. |

| Great location and facility. I only wished the unit had been a little cleaner. Carpet was stained and refrigerator could have been cleaner. Overall we enjoyed the unit and would recommend it to our friends. |

I took my family with us,my grandson and grand daughters along with my daughters we all had a wonderful time my grandson said this is where we should go every year he is 6 everything went as expected
we will stay there again next year I might go for a 4 bedroom thats is the
only thing I would change |
