This ocean-front unit is located directly ocean-front and views to the beach are available on the large ocean-front balcony. This is a three-bedroom and three-bathroom condominium, and includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 12 people, with the master furnishing a king-sized bed, a second room featuring two queen-sized beds, the third bedroom housing two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. the Mar vista is a great condo easy to find and great service also. only had 1 small complaint they need more carts for checking in and out with everyone checking in and out on the same day makes for a very busy time. Great condo see ya soon More...

A NICE CONDO
the gals at front dest were nice, but, i know we arrived early, we had traveled a lone ways with young childen, ask if our condo was ready , the gal said it wasn't .......well, i sat on 8th floor, saw no one, and i mean no one came or went.'
so 5 till 3 my husband went to the desk, and you guessed it, it was ready....... we have been to other condo's and if the room is ready when we get there , they let us inn......the place was great,except the kitchen didn't have enough stuff,
(we had to cook in one pan, take it out and put something else in the pan and ect....)
the location is super and the condo it self was layed out really nice...everything was great except the first two things More...

Comfy beds but no wireless internet
The condo was very nicely decorated and was very comfortable. Our biggest issue was no wireless internet. We had 3 laptops but could only use one at a time. We also had very poor cell service in the condo. We had to go out on the deck for better service. The pool was nice and the kids loved the lazy river. The Tiki Bar was disappointing....no alcoholic drinks or food. Overall the complex was very nice. The internet issue was big enough for us that we probably would not go back unless that changed. Most CLEAN, FUN, AND RELAXING Beach place EVER!!!!
We all loved staying here. The service was great overall. The home was sooooooo pretty everything was VERY CLEAN!!!! No SAND LEFT ANYWHERE in the apartment! Kitchen was great!!! Because of all the couches we were able to sleep everyone that came. Location was great we were even close to a parasailing place called Bob's Parasailing which was great right down the road from our fav places Super TARGET and IHOP!!! Loved everything about it it even has a lazy river and arcade for the younger ones we had 14-86 year olds and it was great for everyone!!! More...
