FRIDAY TO FRIDAY [7 NIGHTS] ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY 2006 UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY 2007, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS.
Large and comfortable and only 2 houses off the Isobel Beach access, this 4 bedroom has a sleeping loft for 2 additional children, if you need room for 10. A grassy yard for that pitching practice in front of the tin roofed, large gazebo, flat screen TV, Hi-Speed wireless Internet & Unlimited Long Distance. , and piped in stereo adds entertainment value to the great inside spaces. New deck and out door shower going in on side of house. Parking for 4 cars.

| Great location....close to the beach. Comfortably sleeps six, but would not recommend the lofts for any one but young and agile children due to the steep stairs. Kitchen and screened in porch a definite bonus! |
