| Great home. Good location (about a mile from the beach). Nice swimming pool. Would recommend it for families. The only problem was that there was quite a temperature difference between the basement and the second floor. To get the second floor cool enough with the air conditioning the basement was downright freezing. |

| We enjoyed this house. Everything is brand new and well maintained. The pool in the complex is kept warm and was very nice. The beach is somewhat far. The issues that I had with the house were that 1) the walls were very thin and you could hear the toilet flush from every bathroom throughout the house; 2) There is no table on the screened in porch, so you couldn't eat outside; 3) the A/C made the basement freezing, but didn't really keep the second floor that cool. |
