MONDAY TO MONDAY RENTALS (7 NIGHTS) ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY 2006 UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY 2007, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS. This spacious two story completely renovated cottage is only three houses from the McKinley Street Beach. Generously apportioned with large, comfortable sofas and chairs this home boasts two separate living room areas, both with fireplaces and TV/VCR. Two of the three bathrooms have whirlpool tubs and separate showers. Great for two families who need their privacy. Parking for 4 cars.

We were 4 couples, all with young kids - all but one slept in pack-n-plays. Kids loved it. Large grassy yard was perfect for inflatable pools. Beach was close and fun. we were close enough to shops to get supplies.
On the negative side, the local stores are expensive, so bring supplies if you can. |
