SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS [7 NIGHTS] ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY 2006 UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY 2007, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS.

This is truly a wonderful home. We loved the layout with loft, the hot tub, etc. Just a word of warning based on the photo ... it looks like it is right on the beach but it's several blocks away. It's in a wonderful neighborhood but some of the homes are a bit shabby ... one across the street looks abandoned and one down the street was also abandoned after what looks like was an extensive fire. It's just a bit of a shock when you first arrive because the neighborhood is not quite what you expect.
The home itself needed extensive repairs while we were staying there but the owner has assured me that all repairs were made later in the summer. The outdoor shower wasn't working, the basement area where the washer was kept was absolutely filthy, a switch in the bedroom didn't work, the baseboard and shower area in the master were all moldy and needed to be replaced, etc. But assuming that those repairs were made, this place is a gem. The decorating is beautiful and hopefully all the tenants respect how nice the furniture is. The layout is great. We loved the beach ... very soft sand. We had wonderful beach days and great bonfires. Overall a wonderful experience. |

Beautiful and large grassy yard; large and private deck for relaxing with an outdoor shower; walking dist to sandy private beach. Inside the home is a well appointed kitchen and a great set-up for families. Nice vacation spot.
We rented it two summers ago and loved it. |

| This was a perfect destination for a holiday weekend. We loved the close proximity to the lake. There are safe areas to walk the neighborhood and great grocery stores very near. We grilled every night and found the kitchen well equipped for meal preparation. |

| Very homey, lots of room to cook and eat together but also have some time apart. I have rented this property year after year with another couple and we always have a great time. Everything is well maintained and well appointed. thankfully it is not a cliched "cottage look" (bird houses, white wicker etc) but oversized furniture and warm colors encourages lounging and relaxing. |
