Vacation Rental Description
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS (7 NIGHTS) ARE REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER RENTAL SEASON. THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY 2006 UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY 2007, EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER HOLIDAYS. This 2 house compound with a fabulous pool has plenty of room for a large extended family. The main house has sleeping for 6 with central air, large kitchen and dining area. The guest cottage has it's own kitchen, window air conditioning and room for four. Both homes share a fenced in pool and there's still enough room to play catch! Great location for walking into Union Pier, the beach or visiting with friends in the neighborhood! Parking for 4 cars.

| We had a wonderful time at Pine Grove! Everything was clean and neat. The Guest Cottage was a great place for the teenagers and the pool was outstanding. The kitchen was big enough for several people to cook and the side porches were perfect. I would highly recommend this place for large families! |

| This is a wonderful property: clean, well maintained and with terrific amenities! The cottages were both charming and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our extended family. The pool was a hit with everyone and our entire family had a really great vacation. |
