This brand new gorgeous and comfortable, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, Lakeshore Cottages', country home is minutes to the beach and down town Union Pier and kitty-corner to the association pool and club house with ping-pong table. Wood burning fireplace, screened in porch and high-end amenities make this, bright and airy home a pleasure to explore the area from, during the summer or Off-Season. Parking for 2 cars. | We have rented in Union Pier for 9 summers and this is our second time renting Pier Pleasure. I loved the decor, the back patio and the cleanliness of the entire home. Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the very close clubhouse pool. The entire subdivision is nice and I can't tell you how many times we roasted marshmellows in the backyard. One thing I wish the owners spent money on when they built the home was hot water for the outside shower. That is our only complaint to an otherwise perfect home. |

| We used RSVP rental agency. They made everything so easy. We love this property. We had a wonderful vacation. Honestly, the web photos dod not do the house justice. Great community pool as well. Look forward to being back next year. |
