THERE IS A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM LABOR DAY 2006 UNTIL PRE-MEMORIAL DAY 2007 EXCEPT FOR 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS, AT WEEKEND RATES, OVER ALL HOLIDAYS. An incredible property filled with exceptional furnishings and decorations, The Christmas House consists of a 4 bedroom 3 bath main house and a charming, 2 story, 1 bedroom 1 bath, guest house a short distance off the back deck, both overlooking the stunning views of Lake Michigan and the large association beach. (Not Private!)Amenities below include both units. parking for 4 cars.THIS HOUSE IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN.

Have rented this beautiful house for the last three years. We are a group of women who were sorority sisters back in the 70's! This is our "Big Chill" weekend!
Love this house for the large common areas-kitchen,livingroom, great deck and lakefront to boot!
The house has a lot to offer-from being down at the beach to enjoying a quiet night by the fire after hours of congregating in the kitchen or happy hours on the deck.
Can't wait to return next year!

| This is a great location and beautiful home. Great for a family. However availability is extremely limited and goes primarily to repeat renters. Well-equipped kitchen but important to know that not even salt and pepper will be there - you must bring everything. Our family loves it there! |

| Our family congregated in the Christmas House for Thanksgiving. The house was spacious, well equipped and comfortable - even on a snowy night. We prepared large meals and really enjoyed the kitchen and dining space. The beach access is great in milder weather. A very comfortable home. The home does not allow small children so with a new granddaughter we wont be able to go back this year. |

| My stay in Union Pier at the Christmas House was absolutely incredible. I loved everything about the house, the location, access to the beach. The house is by far one of the best lake front houses in Union Pier and perfect for adult fun. I could have stayed a second week. |

The Christmas House is a heavenly rental home that has all the amenities for a group of friends looking for the ultimate in beach front home vacations. It home provides enough space for the entire group both inside and out. And the sunset deck alone is worth the expense. I was pleased to see that upgrades to internet access were made in the house. I would recommend upgrading the oven area and barbeques for larger groups such like mine. My group will be renting this house again for our third straight year.
