Quaint and convenient location in Telluride by the San Miguel river!Bedding: California king bed.Access the Manitou B&B; by crossing the San Miguel river over the bridge starting on S. Fir Street. This hotel room is the first room on your left as you enter the lodge, on the 1st (ground) floor. The room has a california king bed, TV with DVD player, mini-fridge and a private bath with a shower only. There is also a small table with 2 chairs in the room. All 11 rooms at the Manitou B&B; have iron & iron board, hairdryer and robes. The Manitou B&B; has a common hot tub, designated ski lockers, common kitchen and room with a gas fireplace as well as a patio facing the river on the ground floor. The lodge is conveniently located right in Telluride by the San Miguel river, just 2 short blocks to lift 8 and the free gondola, Main Street and Town Park. Parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis on S. Fir Street - please note that you will need a 'W' parking permit at check-in to park here.

Great stay at Manitou B&B |

I really enjoyed my stay at the Manitou. Pluses include the downtown location, the price reduction for offseason, and the room itself. Jan, the woman who came every morning to set up the breakfast spread, was very helpful in answering my questions and interacted very well with the other guests.
A side note, peculiar to my own room, was that the room was only yards away from the San Miguel river, the sound of the water flowing by was nice.

| We were very content with our room. The San Juan River ran right next to our room. We kept our windows open to listen to the river running. Very relaxing!!! |

| Delightful room, tasteful wooden furniture and decor, very comfortable bed, humming birds outside the window, very close to ski-lift and centre of town, though surprisingly quiet. Lovely open breakfast area and deck, friendly host. Well worth the money. |

I am not very picky about lodging. What I do demand is nice, clean sheets and
a nice bed. Both were great. Awesome to here the river from the bedroom.
Breakfast was OK. Close to everything- once we parked we never started the
car for several days.
Only issue was checking in at the other B&B. Was kind of a pain. |

| The creek side location with trails branching off in every direction is our favorite. The simplicity of the room is just what we wanted with so much to do outside we didn't need much on the inside. The breakfast is delicious with a cozy feel in the common room. Simply ideal!! |
