This 2nd floor room has a king bed, gas fireplace, TV w/VCR, wet bar w/ mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The private bathroom has a shower/tub and hairdryer. The room also has a balcony and wireless internet. On the back patio is the common outdoor hot tub. There is limited on-site parking. It's less than a block to Gondola & Lift #8, and up one block to the Main Street of historic downtown Telluride.

perfect charming in town telluride accomdations |

| we booked a room in the montana placer inn based on online photos. it did not disappoint! we got a great rate and the rooms were well appointed and super charming. we stayed in room #4 which was upstairs, it had great big windows with awesome mountain views. the room was cozy and warm with the propane fireplace and the radiant floor heating. i would absolutely stay there again. |

Great room and location |

| We recently stayed at the Montana Placer Inn with our 2 dogs and absolutely loved it! The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the location was top-notch. We didn't get back into our car until we were headed back out of town. The only confusion was trying to find the office to pick up our welcome packet. Since the Inn is managed off-site, we arrived at the front door and then figured out we had to find the office, a few blocks over. Pay attention to the information provided to you when you make the reservation, as it suggests going to the office first. We will definitely return to the Montana Placer Inn. |

| Thanks for the review. We are working to eliminate the Wild Goose Chase. We now have a "Main Street" location at 324 W. Colorado Avenue that is much easier to find than our other offices. So if you're staying with us this winter, count on being able to find the office. |

| The room was very cute and cozy even had a fireplace. The room and bathroom were clean and up to date. There was a balcony but not with the best of views due to the proximity of the building next door. Location was very central to everything. Check in was easy. |

Convenient and Comfortable |

| Room #4 at the Montana Placer Inn was located in an ideal spot only 1/2 block from the gondola in Telluride. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance and with the gondola so close, the rest of the mountain was easily accessible! The condo itself was lovely, although my husband and I both agreed it could use a comfortable chair and ottoman. We only stayed one night, but if we were there longer, we'd need a place to sit besides the bed! It was a perfect place for the two of us for one night! |

The blinds were broken. The bathtub faucet needs fixing. This is pretty
disheartening considering that we paid a total $310 for two nights stay. |

We loved our stay at the Montana Placer Inn! The location was perfect - within a few blocks of most everything. Since the free tram was only 1/2 block away we rode it in the early morning and evening and observed lots of wildlife - even a bear!
The room itself is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed. We loved the decor and it was very comfortable. Everything felt fresh, new & luxurious. The radiant floor heat in the bathroom was a nice surprise. Oh and the views(even while lying in bed) were breathtaking. |

Cozy and Convenient |

| I spent two days at the Montana Placer Inn. The room was cozy, quiet,luxurious, and conveniently located near Main Street, close to some great restaurants. Although off-site, the staff were helpful and accommodating, particularly regarding my late arrival. (When I called about that they just gave me a key code.)Lack of Internet access was a problem, however. The wireless network provided by the hotel was inoperative. I had to use a nearby cafe instead. Twice I visited the hotel office, where the person on duty tried unsuccessfully to solve that problem. |

Perfect Spot |

| I called the Telluride Ski Resort to book my room and lift ticket package. The gentlman was very helpful and suggested the Monatana Placer. The room was very quiet, larger than we expected and had a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, mini refridgerator, and dishes. It worked out great for eating breakfast and lunch in our room. There is a nice view of the mountains from the upper windows. The hot tub was nice to relax in at night but the cover was very tricky to remove. The room was clean but the comforter could use replacing. You can't beat the location. Less than a block to the gondala, lift ticket booth and ski lift. At night it is very easy to walk around town to check out the sights and eat dinner. We will definately rent this room again. There are two parking spots available behind the building, we were glad we got a spot as I am not sure where you park otherwise. I have a Honda Piolet and it was very tight getting my vehicle into the parking spot. I don't think you could get a larger vehicle in them. |

Charming room |

| This room is extremely charming. The views from are wonderful! The location is about as good as it gets if you want to be close to good restaurants AND the Gondola and Lift 8. The only issue we had with the room is that the bathroom faucet doesn't coordinate with the sink very well, making it difficult to wash your face and brush your teeth. But this is a small price to pay for such a fabulous room. And it wouldn't be a hard thing for the owner to fix. Also, as we noticed on a past vist, the rental company seems to be a little short on help and/or supplies. They didn't show up on the right day to straighten and replenish t.p., tissue and towels. It was a terrific trip though and I would definitely recommend this room. |

I really loved this room! The Placer Inn is the perfect location - 2 blocks to town, 1 block to the Gondola. The bed was super comfortable and the bath was my favorite. Double sinks and claw footed tub (with shower) made for the perfect stay for my husband and I.
