Vacation Rental Description
This charming, Victorian style suite is located just steps away from the Gondola and only 1 block off of Main Street in the town of Telluride. Located in the caretaker apartment on the alley, Room #5 is one flight up to the private entrance. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and in-suite bathroom with tub/shower. In the sitting area is a twin sofa-sleeper and TV w/VCR. The kitchenette includes a coffemaker, microwave and mini-fridge and a dinette that seats 4. There are great views of Bear Creek and Ajax Peak from the private, east facing balcony. Limited parking is available on site, as well as a common outdoor hot tub on the patio between the apartment and main house. Wireless internet available.

Great little apartment |

| My husband, baby and I stayed to view the gorgeous fall colors and enjoy a quiet weekend in Telluride. This unit was perfect for the three of us and was very centrally located between the main street and the gondola. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We liked that it was a separate, garage apartment so that we didn't have to be worried about being too quiet and not bothering the room next door. The kitchen was nice to have, not really the kind of kitchen to cook in, but worked well for breakfasts and snacks. We will definitely stay here again! |

Excellent Location and Super Clean |

You can't go wrong with the location of the Montana Placer Inn. While we
didn't see the entire property, it seems these are more like a collection of
apartments that are managed as a single property. #5 feel more like an
efficiency apartment than a hotel room and that was fine with us. Maid service
is limited (every 3rd day if I recall correctly), again fine with us, and that
probably helps keep the rates down. It was super clean and fresh when we
arrived. It has a front room with kitchenette and a separate room with bed and
attached bathroom. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, two burner
stovetop and microwave. There's also a balcony with a nice view.
If you are looking for a full service hotel or the B&B experience, this is not the
place. If you are looking for a very comfortable and clean room in an excellent
location, you'll dig this place. We'll definitely stay there on our next visit to
Telluride and recommend it to others. |

| Great Location, Small but clean accomodations. Kitchenette is not the best, burners don't work well. Not the most comfortable bed. |

| Great little place just a couple yards from the Gondola and downtown. The description states a queen bed, but it is a king. Only complaint would be the noise outside, but that is the tradoff being so close to everything I suppose. Would stay there again |

| This place was just what we were looking for. We stayed in the carriage house out back (Montana Placer # 5). It was perfect for two. And the kitchenette (mini fridge, stove, sink, toaster, coffee maker) meant we could save some money by cooking. Better yet, the grocery store was a block away. REALLY close. Lift 8 and the Gondola were steps away - literally - right next to a delicious cafe (X) and equipment rental (Telluride Sports). Main street was one street up. Cosmopolitan (highly recommend this restaurant) was also only a block away. Everything was so convenient. The shared hot tub was right outside our door and very secluded. We used it every night and never had to "share" it. Telluride itself is gorgeous! At $119/nt, you'll be hardpressed to find a better deal! Enjoy! |

| We stayed in the one bedroom apartment in the back of the property. Excellent location, 1/2 block from the gondola!! Unit does not have a dresser for clothes, we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. :~( Could use more towels but we survived. Clean, warm comfortable. |
