Beautiful townhomes right in the heart of Telluride!Bedding: Queen bed, queen bed, queen bed plus a set of bunk beds (2 twins).Walk into this beautiful 3-level townhome from the alley side by Depot Avenue (south of W. Pacific Street), accessing the front patio facing south. On this main level you will find a large living room with a sofa, gas fireplace and a 30" TV with DVD player. Next to the living room is a full kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for 6 guests. A half bath is located next to the kitchen as well. Going upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony facing south and a walk-in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom in the master with double sinks, steam shower and a jetted tub. A private washer/dryer is located in a closet in the master bedroom.Downstairs is the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single sink and separate steam shower. There is also a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds and TV. This bedroom has an ensuite bath as well with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. The Pacific Street Townhomes are located in the heart of Telluride, just 2 short blocks to lift 8 and the gondola station as well as Main Street. This townhome has a parking spot for 1 vehicle in front of the house on the driveway.

Pacific 530B was an incredibly perfect place to stay. You could see the San
Miguel River from the front of the house and the view of the mountain/ski
slopes was awesome. On our last day there we saw three deer making their
way up one of the slopes. The house was spacious and accommodated all of
us with extreme comfort. My husband and I loved the large master suite on
the 3rd floor far away from all the kids on the lowest floor. The middle floor
incorporated the kitchen, dining and living room all in one space so we could
easily be together even when we were doing different things. The kitchen was
beautiful, modern and well appointed. There were 6 of us staying there and
we could have easily handled more. We spent a lot of time out on the two
porches soaking up the Telluride summer. The location was within easy
walking distance to everything. We never used the cars. The only downside
was that it is hard to get cold water, especially in the kitchen. I think there is a
problem with the in-floor heat too close to the water lines. Nevertheless, we
can't wait to stay there again next summer. THANK YOU!! |

My friends and I were in Telluride for our friends' daughter's wedding and we
had a great week in the house. The kitchen was very well outfitted with more
than we needed (we never did cook a dinner there although it was good to
know that we could have).
The layout worked very well for us -- two couples and one single, and the
location was excellent - an easy walk into downtown and only a couple of
blocks to the gondola to mountain village.

Great for a family get together |

The initial reservation staff was extremely helpful and professional. Likewise the check-in staff was very effecient.
This property is in a prime location --- close to everything ---- food, ski lift and walking paths.
Bring along a hair dryer. Everything else that you need was provided, including the games, if you get bored, which is unlikely,
We hope to return to this property in the future.

| The house is very nice and the location makes it awesomely convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice. The steam shower in the master bath was a real bonus. On the downside, the kitchen sink faucet was an absolute disaster; it sprayed water EVERYWHERE each time it was turned on and we found it almost impossible to get cold water out of the tap, forcing us to buy bottled water during our stay. In the half-bath on the main floor the toilet paper holder was hanging off of the wall and the mirror was discolored on the right hand side. For this kind of money, those kinds of things should be corrected. |
