A wide arched doorway leads from the brick tiled entry foyer to the spacious kitchen, where a classic combination of black and white couldn't be more stylish. Black appliances, white cabinets, new countertops, and a convenient pass-thru window to the dining room are sure to please every chef. The room-size formal dining area is part of the greatroom and is anchored by a large table with seating for a banquet of nine. In addition, there is a built-in corner hutch flanked by built-in buffet/storage cabinets along two walls. Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre ocenfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under Hwy. 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants and Mall. The Queens Grant complex has an on-site community pool, is a short bike ride to the amenities of Shelter Cove, and is a 10 minute walk to the beach.
