All amenities inside the home reflect both the old world charm and modern conveniences. The Villa also has a Spanish style courtyard in the center of the property for quiet, relaxation, and privacy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate formal dining area.
Three bedrooms and two baths are in the main house, while another bedroom and bath are available across the courtyard.
This property is a very special property available limited times of the year for the most discriminating of clients.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably ( click here for a complete list! ).
It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
