Vacation Rental Description
Nestled in a quiet private neighborhood, this charming three bedroom, two bathroom vacation property is less than a half mile from the breathtaking ocean views of Seventeen Mile Drive and just minutes from the world-class golf courses of Pebble Beach.
Newly remodeled, the architectural centerpiece of this one story ranch-style property is a beautiful stone fireplace which opens to both the living and family rooms. Hardwood floors, high wood-beamed ceilings, and the many large windows and glass doors offering views of the front and back gardens create a warm, inviting atmosphere. With a harmonious mix of contemporary, traditional and antique furnishings, the open floor plan is spacious and yet cozy, offering great spaces to relax, play and entertain family and friends. You’ll find a full range of amenities for your enjoyment during your stay: plasma TV with DVD/VHS in the family room, high-speed internet, Play Station 2, and an assortment of books and games.
A ping pong table is located near the washer and dryer in the attached two-car garage, so you can even enjoy doing the laundry!
Meal preparation will be a pleasure in the updated kitchen equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, electric cooktop, built-in microwave and wall oven, as well as plenty of cabinet and drawer space which is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware, kitchen linens, cookware, utensils, pots and pans. The adjacent dining area seats six comfortably, with four additional chairs available. Sliding glass doors open onto a large deck and beautifully landscaped backyard. Another spacious deck located in the side yard, complete with teak patio furniture and professional gas grill, provides the perfect setting for outdoor dining and entertaining.
The master suite features a king size bed, two spacious closets, and a lighted vanity area with sink. The adjoining master bath features a large tiled shower stall and heated towel rack. Of the two guest bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and one features antique twin spindle beds. In addition to the lush, comfortable bedding, all three bedrooms are equipped with flat panel TV’s with DVD/VCR’s for your added enjoyment. A second bathroom with a shower over tub is located in the hall just outside the bedrooms. All bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a basic supply of soap and paper products.
There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably

| Upon arriving at the home we were surprised at the unclean bathrooms, upholstery, windows. Specifically, there was hair left in the showers as well as mold growing. Upon placing our clothes in drawers we discovered the drawers to be covered with dust which got all ober our clothes. There were spiders all around the inside and outside. The windows were very dirty which reflects on the whold impression of the home. There are permanent spots on the red furniture. The rugs had spots. Shane came and cleaned as best he could. In my opinion, a rental company should have seen to this before the tenants arrive!!The inconvenience of having to wait for 1 1/2 weeks for internet to be reconnected was frustrating. On the other hand, we were in Pebble Beach, not hot Fresno. |

| Great place to stay. We were there for the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance and it was a great stay. We had a classic car in the show and the garage was absolutely necessary for us to store the car and prepare it for the show. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice place really, no issues. |

| My family has stayed at this house on more than one occasion. Exactly as described! Great set up for a family. Centrally located to everything. Have met some very nice neighbors. We have been there during the summer and winter months. It is very quiet and extremely relaxing. Also great for walking or strolling through the forest area. We discover something new and exciting on each stay and feel very much at home in this house. Hope to return very soon. |

We rented this home for our family to attend our daughters
wedding at Pebble Beach. 4 adults & 2 small children. It was
perfect for us! Lots of space for visitors & lots of room for
everyone. Everything we needed was there. Our only complaint
(other than a few cobwebs) was that we did not stay long
enough to really enjoy it. I think our family would all agree we
would come back. |

This was a perfect house for us. The kids were comfortable, the house was beautiful and the surrounding were awesome.
The ping pong table was a hit for our family because we have a table at home and the kids love to play.
I would stay here again for sure! |

The home was located on a quiet street,
not far from the beach and 17 mile drive.
My 8 year old twins loved being able to
ride there bikes there with little to no traffic, since it is a gated community.
The house was clean and well stocked with linens and any thing else you might
need. I will go back and stay again. Very quiet and peaceful with a lovely yard and deck. |

This is very nice home, located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted. We had friends come stay with us for a week, and it was perfect for all of us.
The only issue we had had to do with some of the furniture. The bedroom dressers in the bed rooms were VERY old and very dirty. The bed in the guest room was so bad it had to be reinforced before it could be used. I know this sounds bad, but it did not take away from our enjoyment of the home and the beautiful area. We definitely would stay here again.

| This is a true GEM. A gorgeous home with all the comforts and feel of home. The attention to detail to comfort is clearly noticeable and has you feeling very at home and relaxed. Of course, to mention the location is absolutely ideal -- nestled in the beautiful Del Monte Forest, close to many golf courses, Spanish Bay and walking distance to the breathtaking coastline. We had a wonderful stay and plan to stay again when our travels take us back to the beautiful Monterey/Pebble Beach area. |
