Koketsu is a Japanese-style home overlooking the Pacific Coast along the famous 17-Mile Drive in Pebble Beach. Carefully secluded from the 17-Mile Drive traffic, this 3300 square foot, three bedroom, three and a half bath home is tastefully decorated to provide a private and serene environment. Fantastic ocean views can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, den, kitchen, and master bedroom and bath! Beautiful pinewood floors sparkle throughout this exquisite home.Take pleasure in cooking one of your favorite meals while enjoying the ocean views from the open and inviting custom kitchen. The master bedroom includes a king bed and sunken tub with fabulous views, while the guest rooms include another king-sized bed and two twin beds. The guestrooms look out upon an internal garden, complete with beautiful koi and a secluded hot tub. A washer and dryer are provided inside the laundry room for your convenience. There is also a separate two-car garage located just across the drive way area. Koketsu, like all the homes in the MBPM inventory, is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras.
