| This is the best location in Monterey! A beach footsteps across the street, a bike path in short distance, and a walk along the beach to the wharf. The house is warm and inviting, and big enough to share with others. |

Perfect getaway for families and friends! |

We absolutely LOVED this house. Walk out the door and across the street to the beach! The house has a beautiful view with an amazing windowseat and it's a 15 minute walk on the beach to the wharf. A group of 8 friends rented the house for our annual getaway and we thought it was the perfect spot.
Four of the twin beds are up in the loft-ideal for kids but a bit much for older adults so plan accordingly! Parking can be tight so be aware if you're bringing multiple vehicles. We would rent it again in a minute! |

| The house was fantastic - the view and ammenities were amazing. My only issue, which was slight, was the unreasonableness of the one neighbor on the south side of the house - she was a little "off"... Other than that, I'd definitely come back to the place and stay again. In fact, I'll be making that call shortly as this is an annual event. |
