The backyard hot tub and tennis court set among the old-growth pines of the Del Monte Forest create a relaxing retreat.
Beautifully decorated throughout, the home features gas-assisted wood-burning fireplaces in the family room, the formal living room, and the master suite.
Tasteful furnishings accented by unique artwork, decorative accessories and artifacts from faraway places create a comfortable yet intriguing ambiance.
A massive Moroccan lamp in the formal entry, a wooden chest from Zanzibar, an intricate bridal headdress from Jordan, and graceful metal coffee pots from Oman are just a few of the fascinating items in the collection.
The entry, hallway, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms all feature marble flooring; the family room, dining room, living room and bedrooms are carpeted.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, in-wall microwave and electric oven, gas range and oven, dishwasher, garbage compactor, and granite counters, as well as everything needed for preparing and serving meals. The table in the kitchen seats six, while the formal dining table seats up to eight (with leaf).
In addition to a fireplace and sitting area, the elegant master suite features a king-size bed, double mirrored closets, adjoining bathroom with double vanity sinks, bidet, jetted tub, and glass shower stall.
The two guest suites each have queen-size beds and adjoining bathrooms with shower over tub.
The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and double mirrored closets. A nearby bathroom in the hall features a skylight, bidet and shower over tub.
All of the bedrooms, as well as the family room, are equipped with TV with VCR and/or DVD. Bed and bath linens are supplied as well as an initial stock of soap and paper products. An attached garage has space for one car, and there is room to accommodate several cars on the circular drive in front of the home.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
