Filled with character and charm, this adorable three-bedroom, two-bath Pacific Grove cottage will warm the hearts of you, your family, and friends. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by forest, you will relax and enjoy watching deer roaming the neighborhood. Professionally decorated with warm colors throughout, you will find a full modern kitchen, cozy living room with fire insert, three bedrooms, plus a separate bonus room out back. There is even another area with a desk off of the kitchen for anyone wanting to browse the internet (high speed access included)! The master bedroom includes a King bed, an inviting fireplace, and French doors leading out to the intimate back yard retreat. The guest bedrooms include a queen bed in one room and a double bed in the other. There is also a separate bonus room out back that is the perfect get away when wanting to be alone, read a book, or watch a movie with family and friends. You may also choose to take a nap in the hammock out back or enjoy a barbeque in the adorable back yard area.
Other features include a washer and dryer and a one-car garage.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably. It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
