Vacation Rental Description
This cozy and comfortable two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath condominium is located on a quiet, tree-lined cul-de-sac in the town of Marina on Monterey Bay.
It is just a short walk to the spectacular sand dunes of Marina Dunes Preserve and Marina State beach. For bicyclers, there is easy access to the paved 14.7 mile Monterey Recreation Trail which goes along the gorgeous Monterey Bay shoreline all the way to Pebble Beach. Our location provides easy freeway access to all the attractions of Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel.
Located just off Reservation Road, this property provides racing fans quick access to Laguna Seca Raceway, and there are 30 golf courses within 12 miles of our front door.
This property comfortably sleeps four. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably.

First of all, I would like to thank the staff of Monterey Bay Property Management and Shane DeFreeuw for his excellent and professional customer service. From the first email and phone call response, I was hooked. Every step it took to secure my accomodations at the Marina was painless. On this trip I wanted to include my two dogs and even that request was fulfilled, without hesitation. Just know that for future stays in and around the Monterey area, my very first phone call will be to Monterey Bay Property Management.

Great Location |

This home was the perfect location for our month in the
Monterey area. We were a six minute walk to Marina Dunes
State Park Beach. Condo is located on a secluded street with
lovely trees. Also within walking distance of a Wal-Mart for
those odds and ends that one always needs while away from
home. PLUS: home was tastefully decorated, bathrooms/kitchen
very clean; lots of good towels and a good supply of
necessities....paper towels, detergent, etc. ; wireless internet
MINUS: full cable was cut off halfway through our stay;
attention needed to basic issues such as cleaning the
carpet/sofa cushions . |

I was sorry to hear about the cable, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. Like most people visiting the Monterey Peninsula, I first explored vacation rentals near the beach in Monterey or Pacific Grove. I am glad my family chose this two bedroom condo in Marina.
The property itself had all the comforts amenities of home, and a quaint and charming surrounding. And, the City of Marina was a surprisingly enjoyable location, and a convenient hub for exploring Monterey, Salinas, Carmel, and Santa Cruz. The furnishings and layout of the home were perfect for our two young children. Overall, this property may not appear to be an obvious choice for a vacation rental, but it's one you won't regret. |
