Vacation Rental Description
This cozy 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms home is nestled away in the quiet hills overlooking Monterey. This is a 2 story home with the master bedroom and guest bedroom on the main level and extra sleeping in the downstairs game room on a pull out Queen Sofa. This home is approx. 2,000 sq ft and welcomes a maximum number of 6 guest including children who may be accommodated at this property.
Some of the wonderful features of this unique property include a beautiful outside deck that has amazing views of Jacks peak and a peak of the Monterey Bay.
While you’re out side on the deck you can sit in the hot bubbling Jacuzzi or perhaps have a nice BBQ and enjoy dining outside on the patio furniture. For a late night treat you can roast marshmallows outside on the deck around the fireplace.
For some fun inside sit around and enjoy the fireplace while you watch one of your favorite movies on the Big screen television or head downstairs to the game room where you can play board games, ping pong or darts. Upstairs enjoy playing the piano located in the dining room while you gaze out the big window and enjoy the views.
This property has a newly remodeled kitchen that offers granite countertops and newly updated appliances. There is a washer and gas dryer at the property for your convenience.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably

| We really enjoyed our week stay in the home. The hot tub on the outside deck was a welcome relaxing treat after a busy day. There is a bit of highway noise in the backyard and deck. The beds were very comfortable - loved all the closet space and the kitchen was very well appointed. The home is quite inviting and comfortable. Close to shopping, the wharf, Pebble Beach, and anything else you would want to do in Monterey. |

Glorious, Peaceful Retreat |

Our family spent a glorious month in this wonderful home in the
hills of Monterey. The home itself is beautifully furnished, clean
and spacious. With the game room downstairs, the large living
and dining rooms upstairs, and the deck out back, there was
plenty of room to spread out, or to cozy up for a soak in the hot
tub! The location provided the perfect combination of
mountain and coastal life! We often watched deer in the pines
of the back yard in the mornings before making the short 5
minute drive to the beach, fisherman's warf, the Monterey Bay
Aquarium or other local attractions. After enjoying days filled
with the wonders of the peninsula we returned to enjoy
evenings filled with table tennis, board games or quite times on
the deck around the fire pit. Being able to fix meals in the
lovely kitchen or on the grill on the deck saved us money and
made our stay feel homey without the pressures of home. |

We had a wonderful vacation in a beautifully maintained house, in the hills of Monterey!
Monterey Bay Management Property Group did an excellent job in making arrangements for our one month vacation. We will definitely rent properties again from them.
