This incredible 4,000 square-foot, two-story, Monterey Colonial style home features 3 large bedrooms, all with great ocean views and 3 1/2 baths, plus an additional bedroom and bath in a separate guest quarters. Beds include a king in the master suite and queens in the guest suites.
Lounge in the living room beside a roaring fire, or entertain your family and friends with a barbecue on the spacious patio deck. Either vantage point captures wonderful views of the Pebble Beach golf course and Stillwater Cove.
After a day of wine tasting in nearby Carmel Valley, pour yourself a glass of your favorite grape and enjoy the breathtaking views and amazing sunsets. The glass-enclosed dining room brings the outside in, creating a spectacular place from which to enjoy a meal.
You can't help but relax in this tranquil forest setting of three private acres, fully furnished with everything you will need for a wonderful vacation you won’t want to end.
Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably

Lovely Pebble Beach Home |

| Our family (5 adults and a 1-year old) spent a week at this wonderful Pebble Beach home. We all agreed that it was one of the best vacation homes we've ever found. The very best part was the view of the ocean and the 7th hole at Pebble Beach. The view can be enjoyed from the expansive deck, the living room, the dining room, and the lovely sun room. The living area was extremely comfortable, providing enough room for five adults to spend time and not feel crowded. The bedrooms were also comfortable and allowed ample privacy. The kitchen, though dated, provided all the necessities, and we took full advantage of the Weber grill almost every night. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to return next year. |

House has a fantastic view and is walking distance to the Pebble Beach
Lodge. Bedrooms were all great and floor plan of the house is great
for entertaining. Nice laundry room if needed. The guess cottage was
a great addition to the main house.
Main tv is a little small and they need to upgrade the cable services to
include movie channels and the golf channel.
Micro wave should be upgraded and I would recommend having maid
service once a week if you stay for a week.
Over all the house was great and would stay there again. |

Best property we have ever rented. Although a little dated the house does have tremendous views from all rooms, plus an excellent deck.
Could do with some improvement to the TV's in bedrooms (some have no remote and are old), otherwise an excellent place to stay. |

| A beautiful,spacious 4 bedroom home with a huge deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is well kept, but older in decor with a electric fireplace and an enormous living room. Kitchen is not modern, but completely adequate.Dining room table seats 8 comfortably. Many great interesting areas to read or nap and enjoy the Ocean view. We have stayed here 5 times and consider it our home away from home when we are in the Carmel area. |

| This is a very beautiful home on a hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean at Pebble Beach. The views are exceptional, and the neighborhood is very nice for strolling around. We found the accomodations very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. The only thing to be aware of is that it is somewhat confusing to get to - even with GPS providing directions, we got lost on the first morning. But I still look forward to returning to it for another stay. |

| This home is in the perfect location for a golf vacation; you can see the 6th hole at Pebble from the deck and the view is incredible! The 3 bedrooms inside the house were spacious, but the guest cottage room left alot to be desired. To make this a top tier rental I would recommend updating the guest cottage so all guests would have equal the comforts and also provide more towels for guests. Also, they need a gas grill and more deck furniture! It was an awesome location and we had a great week! |

| This is either the third or fourth home I have rented through Monterey Rentals and, for the most part, have been very satisfied in each case. In the case of this most recent rental, it had, by far, the most gorgeous views of Stillwater Cove and Carmel Bay of any place my wife and I have ever stayed, and we generally are in Carmel and Pebble Beach 2 or 3 times a year. The 4 bedroom and 4.5 bath configuration of the house, coupled with the views, make this a most appealing home. HOWEVER, that said, the house is in much need of cosmetic work, such as (1) pressure washing the upstairs front balcony (couldn't even walk outside it was so dirty) and rear deck, (2) cleaning the window frames to eliminate mold, and (3)painting certain portions of the interior and exterior. If these cosmetic improvements were made, the property would be first class and over-shadow the need for more costly updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Without these cosmetic improvements, notwithstanding the incredible views, it would be difficult to justify spending the kind of money being asked to rent this property for a week. |
