Preparation of meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen with electric cook top and built-in electric oven, full-size refrigerator, and handy microwave. You’ll find everything you need: cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils and linens. A table in the kitchen seats two for a cozy breakfast, while the dining table seats four comfortably for dinner. Or, for a change of pace, enjoy a light lunch on the deck just off the living room! In any case, clean up will be a breeze, because the unit is also equipped with a dishwasher, disposal, washer and electric dryer.
The master suite has a queen size bed with a shower over tub, while the guest room offers a full size bed with a stall shower in the bathroom. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets, and bedspreads or comforters. You’ll find at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably ( click here for a complete list! ) It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
Five guests (including children) may be accommodated comfortably. This property features carpet in the living, dining, and bedrooms. The kitchen and guest bath have vinyl flooring, and the master bath is tiled. An elevator from the one car garage is located just outside the unit.
Within a short drive, you’ll find Monterey’s world-renowned Aquarium, Cannery Row and Fisherman’s Wharf; the quaint shops and restaurants of Pacific Grove; the boutiques and galleries of Carmel; and the unparalleled beauty of the golf courses of Pebble Beach!
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
