| The home worked very well for us. It was well equiped and spacious. We love to walk so the proximity to the ocean, downtown Carmel and Pebble Beach was perfect. We would definetly stay again. |

| We very much enjoyed our 8 days in Carmel, and looked forward to returning each evening to the home in Carmel Point. Having wine and cheese on the deck overlooking Carmel Beach with Pebble Beach in the distance was great. The home was clean and well stocked. The only problem was the parking. We were asked to not park in front of the neighbor's house, BUT, the neighbor's property extended several hundred feet, and they parked right on the property line with us, making the one space in front of our house unusable. "Courtesy" should go both ways, but in this case we were the only ones being courteous. |

| This home is the perfect place for multiple families or couples. The house is emaculant, bright and cheery. The open kitchen/family room concept is fun if you want to eat in, which we did a couple nights. (fully equipped kitchen) We really enjoyed the gas fireplace on cool evenings. The courtyard area is nice and private with a hot tub, and nice landscaping. The location is excellent...3 walking minutes to the beach, 5 driving minutes to the village for shopping. 17 mile Pebble Beach drive very close by as well as Monterey Cannery Row. Best meal out was El Torrito on Cannery Row. We got a window seat and watched the sea lions, otters, and sail boats. The food was the best we've had and our waiter (Reuben) just made us feel he was glad we were there. We look forward to staying here again sometime! |

| Comfortable house with lots of different nooks and crannies for people to go . . . puzzles in the living room, tv for the teenagers downstairs, comfy chairs inside and out for reading, great oversize hot tub (with a built-in stereo), and the spacious deck with an awesome view of the bay. One block walk to the beach and about a 15-minute walk to Ocean Avenue and all the shops and restaurants. Loved it! |

We come to Carmel every year to play golf. Perfect place for a
foursome. We each had our own space and the rooftop deck was a
great place to hang out with a view of Pebble Beach in the distance.
Very clean and well maintained. Felt much more like a home than a
rental property.
We would definitely rent this place again.

| The house was lovely, comfortable and very close to Carmel Beach. It was wonderful for our children and was very grandchild friendly (4 of them). The kids thought it was enchanted. My issues with the house are very minor--needs new outdoor grill and more bowls, pots and pans for making dinners. My biggest issue was the rental agreement with Monterey Bay Rentals. I felt I was signing my life away. Too many restrictions. We have a second home that we rent out for vacations and so does one of my daughters--our leases are clear, concise and short. Nonetheless, I would go back to this property again. |

Manager Response: April 28, 2009 |
| Thanks so much for your feedback! We have ordered a replacement grill and the additional items for the kitchen that you recommended. As to the rental agreement, we, too, sometimes despair at its length and detail. However, after doing some 25,000 rentals, we find that a few of the guests have taught us what we need to cover in the agreement. And while most of the agreement is not necessary for most of the guests, when we do need a particular paragraph, our owners are glad we have included it. So with apologies for the detail in the agreement, we invite you to share the beauty of the Monterey Peninsula again as soon as you can! |

| 2405S ML is a wonderful home for families. The living space has an open space design and the home was clean and well-stocked w/ towels (and so was the kitchen from plates to utensils to condiments) when we arrived. It is a fairly spacious home that provided privacy for our entire family. The kids loved the layout specially since the entire downstairs became their haven. The roof deck was perfect for sunbathing as well as beach viewing - you can see Pebble Beach Golf Course!!! The yard living space was maximized by clever furniture layout. The property is centrally located and is easy access from the main road. The property manager was very responsive to our needs. |

We enjoyed the stay and the room setting is just perfect for our group, and every couple has their own bathroom. Location of the house is excellent, so we can enjoy the beach as well as Ocean Avenue shopping. There was a minor leak under the kitchen sink but we managed to fix it. The downside is that the rooms at the upper level are connected so we can hear each other even the door was closed. Personally, I like having more lighting at the courtyard so we can see better when we use the hot tub at night.
I would recommend this house if you want to stay in Carmel by the sea.

Great home for large family group. Everyone enjoyed all the amenities e.g. deck, hot tub, kitchen, hi-speed internet, big screen tv, etc.
Could use a larger hot water heater considering number of people showering.
Overall great value. Short walk to Carmel beach. Delightful neighborhood for liesurely walks. |
