This second-story flat is approximately 1200 square feet and can be reached via a short flight of ten stairs or by elevator.
The property is equipped for your entertainment with surround sound system, Cable TV/DVD/VCR and Stereo in the living room, and Cable TV/DVD/VCR in the master bedroom, and the aforementioned television in the guest bath.
You will find a fireplace in the living room In addition to the warmth generated by the fireplace, the house is heated by electric baseboard heat that can be individually controlled in each room.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is four. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath featuring an elegantly appointed bathroom with step-in shower. The guest room has two twin size beds. The guest bath features a tub with jets and a built-in television.
You will enjoy the outdoor spaces at this property as well as the indoor spaces! A great deck off the dining room for sitting and enjoy one of our sunning days or for a relaxing breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner.

The dining table seats 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is equipped for a light breakfast or a full dinner. Meal preparation is easy with a full-size refrigerator, built in electric range/oven combination, handy microwave oven, Gaggenau built-in grill, purified water, separate wine cooler and trash compactor. The dishwasher and disposal make clean up a breeze. Each home is fully furnished and equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen linen. Beds have mattress pads, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets and bed spreads or comforters. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably ( click here for a complete list! ). This property is located within a short drive to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row, Fisherman’s Wharf, and the great restaurants of New Monterey, the beaches of Pacific Grove, the shops and galleries of Carmel, and world-class golf.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.
