If you’ve dreamed of living the beach life style, strolling along the surf at sunrise, watching glorious sunsets over the ocean, then make your dream come true at this fabulous one bedroom, one bath end unit at Ocean Harbor House on beautiful Del Monte Beach in Monterey.
Enjoy incredible ocean views from the living/dining area and the wrap around deck. Cheerfully decorated in nautical tones of blue and white with accents of red and peach, this 550 sq. ft. property offers a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower over tub, separate mirrored vanity area, and lots of closet space. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and disposal. You’ll find everything you need for preparing and serving meals including cookware, dinnerware, glassware, utensils and kitchen linens.
There is even a barbeque provided on the deck so you can grill your “catch of the day.” Eat bistro-style at the raised kitchen counter or enjoy a romantic dinner for two at your very own corner table with a view!
You’ll find many ways to enjoy yourself at Ocean Harbor House! Your unit is equipped with Cable TV/DVD/VCR in the living/dining area for your entertainment. Relax in one of the two heated pools or hot tubs. The complex also offers a recreation and weight room with pool tables and a ping pong table. Walk along the beach to nearby Fisherman’s Wharf for great dining and shops.
And you’re just a short drive away from all the attractions of Monterey including the historic downtown area, Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Within a 15 minute drive, you could be enjoying the hometown charm of Pacific Grove, with its many quaint shops and Victorian cottages. Or perhaps you’d like to browse through the upscale boutiques and galleries of nearby Carmel. Golfers have a wide range of options from local public courses in Pacific Grove and Monterey to the world-famous courses of Pebble Beach.
The maximum number of guests (including children) who may be accommodated at this property is two. A laundry room with washers and dryers is conveniently located just a short distance from your unit. Your beach home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Bed and bath linens include: mattress pad, sheets, pillows and pillow cases, blankets, bed spread or comforter, and at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus some extras. It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes and your groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.

This is a great place to stay. The amenities were great. There is everything you need plus a fantastic view. You may order take-out from the wharf or surrounding restaurants and come home to one of the best views tableside. It is conveniently located near all you need yet not in the middle of business. We stayed for 2 months to transition to living in Montery area. Only drawback is leave this place to move to home.
I highly recommend it. Highly desire to actually own a place like this some day. Believe that the people who own this are caring and loving people who really take pride in providing a beautifully decorated and nicely appointed place. Thanks for sharing.

I enjoyed a full month in the first floor of your wonderful two-story seafront beach house. With nice decks from two sides overlooking the water and the little hill, no house in the complex is closer to the beach than this one – I could almost feel the sand between my toes, exactly the way it is mentioned in the sign hanged inside the house. The sunrise is magnificent as well.
The house is beautifully decorated in vibrant ocean colors and has its next to door private parking. All types of kitchenware, tea and coffee sets were helpful with many towels. The TV set was also nice with the DVD player. I enjoyed watching few movies you have in the house. I also enjoyed using the two binoculars to watch all kinds of sea birds and ships going back and forth at sunset. Moreover, the outdoor grill was perfect, but I did not have a chance to use it.
I strongly recommend this house. It is completely furnished for those who like to enjoy and appreciate a relaxing vacation at a seafront.
