This Townhouse is just steps away from the beach and has a magnificent view of Monterey Bay and Fisherman's Wharf, framed by weathered Monterey Cypress trees. Take a long walk on the white sand beach, or enjoy the view of the seabirds and life on the beach from each room.
The gated complex is beautifully landscaped, with a heated swimming pool. It borders the bicycle/walking trail which follows the coast to Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and 17 Mile Drive. Nearby are Monterey's excellent Sports and Tennis Centers.
There are two bedrooms, each with deck and private bath, plus a half bath. The cozy living room has a fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR and a CD/stereo player. The dining room overlooks the living room. There is a completely equipped kitchen and breakfast area. This home sleeps six with one queen bed, two twin beds and a queen sofa bed. It is furnished with a sea decor, and completetly appointed for maximum luxury and convenience.
This property now has DSL!
Monthly rates include local phone service, cable TV, water, trash collection, and all related taxes, fees and move-out housekeeping. Monthly rates do not include gas and electricity.

This was our sixth or seventh year for staying a month, which speaks for itself about enjoyment. It is a nice condo with an excellent location.
